Good pair of scales

Just got this. Easily configured it with my phone and the Renpho app. It's great to be able to monitor more than just weight, I'm also now focusing on my weight training as well as eating less cake!

A good scale

The scale has two modes. Athlete and everyone else. In Athlete mode it was pretty far off. Compared to a dexa scan in normal mode it understated body fat percentage by 3% (21.1% vs 24.1%). Lean mass was overstated by 4 pounds (127 vs 123). Bone density was off by 1/10th of a pound. So I would say that's very accurate. Much better than my Garmin scale.The scale works great. The upload to the app isn't great. The app will only synch when the scale is active and the app is open. The app is pretty good once it synchs.Although it's better than the Garmin, I use the Garmin more because I like having my running data, blood pressure, and weight in a single app.I'd buy it again.

Good Set of Scales

I am very pleased with this set of scales and the accuracy of this item but l have found that if they are placed on different types of carpet they will give a faulty reading and they need to be on tiled floor or flat surface

Great for measuring weight and syncing to phone

Works as hoped: Charging it was easy. I get consistent weight readings and these sync to the Renpho app on my phone via bluetooth. From there you can also sync to other apps like Google Fit. There are a bunch of other numbers like BMI that so far I've ignored.If you have an Android phone, it might be worth checking the Play store reviews to make sure there aren't any issues with your particular model.

Convenient

I love how it tracks your progress based on a line graph and how convenient it is to have a scaled connected to your phone. I found this easier for me to use while I’m in the process of my body building competition and need to keep track weekly of my body fat and weight.

Great scale!

I've been using this scale for several weeks now and have compared it a few times to the scale at my doctor's office and it's pretty accurate. I really like having the additional information and using the App is simple. No one else in my family tracks their weight, etc YET but I'm sure they will soon.

Bought this smart scale and love it!!! I did down load the Renpho app seems how I was having difficulty figuring out the fitbit app. It is very close to my old scale that was not digital on the weight. It was only about a half pound off so it seems very accurate. Love that is has the muscle mass, bone mass , body fat percent, fat-free body weight, BMR, protein percent, skeletal muscle percent, BMI,metabolic age and body water. It is best to weigh yourself in morning before eating or drinking anything for an accurate weight. It also keeps track of your progress which is great for someone how wants to lose weight or gain weight. Will definitely recommend these scale to friends and family!!!
