    Body comp is unreliable

    I've had the scale for a couple weeks now and I can weigh myself and get one reading and weigh myself again right away and get another reading. Needs serious improvement on the body competition aspect.

    Will not connect to iphone

    This is a terrible product, it will not connect to my iphone (also tried my wife's phone). It isn't even discoverable under bluetooth search. Extremely frustrating. I have tried for two hours and it just won't connect. It sends you to give permission but it doesn't even ask the phone for permission. I have tried many Youtube videos and nothing works. It's like the Bluetooth is broken on the device.

    Weight is inaccurate and body composition rarely works

    I recently bought the Morpho scan nova. The weight is very widely fluctuating. Usually about 3 to 5 pounds per day. While my older scale remains much more accurate. Also the body composition rarely works. I always have to reset it at least five times before it will actually take my body composition. Sometimes it never works, so I have to just give up, but it never works with less than five resets.

    Nice scale but not for everybody

    The scale is fine, but unfortuntaly it's not for folks like me, people with musclular frames. Renpho offers an "Athlete" mode on their app, but for 8-Electrode scales like this the scale do not support the ability to recalibrate the information for that mode. Their 4-electrode scales probably do offer that ability and therefore offer folks like me a realistic measurement, not just a standard one for the general population. I only wish Renpho was a little more forthcoming to the public about this information.

    Inaccurate and inconsistent

    I've measured myself one time after the other, weight 0.15kg difference, body fat 1.5% difference. This is unacceptable. Also, foot only renpho scale shows consistent results and that's why I wanted to try this one out. Foot scale body fat: 28.2%, this one 20-21.5%! With 74% muscle! I know my body fat is t that low as I have a mirror and also compared to images of women at different DEXA scanned body fat % I am between 25 and 30%. I have some muscle but it isn't clearly visible even, no way the morpho scan results are anywhere near real values. The link to access my order doesn't work, I don't know how can I return this rubbish device

    Poor customer support

    I bought my body composition scale in late January. I had a previous scale from Renpho, but wanted more information. The scale I bought in January worked great for several weeks, but stopped giving other then weight. I got my wife on it today(March 25, 2026), and it only gave her weight too, I've called support 3 times now, and haven't heard back. They use to answer the phone, not now. I bought the scale and the Smart Tape measure + on January 21, 2026. Really unhappy that I paid over $200 for a simple scale. Nothing else works, and no person to talk too.

    Don't buy

    Won't do measurements if feet are dry, also very inconsistent measurement, visceral fat went down nine points in one day gained 4 pounds of muscle in one day according to the scale and I know for a fact, neither one of those are true… Definitely would not recommend. I'm not even sure how it got all these great reviews it is not even close to a DEXA scan.

    You HAVE to download their app to use it

    SOOO FRUSTRATING... I bought this because it had a screen, thinking you could view the results on the screen WITHOUT having to download an app. Wrong, you cannot view anything but your weight if you don't have the app. The screen is essentially useless. AND when you want to do anything other than weight, you have to open the app on your phone. Extremely disappointed. I'm overall upset with my purchase and wouldn't recommend wasting your money.

    This renpho is not accurate bought directly though the web site I'm attempting to return it right now getting a hold of them was very difficult this is they're responded message at the end also no where on there we site says restock fee and that I need to pay shipping for a product that does not do as advertised in looked up the metrics and bf is more of a guess with this device and also arms are very inconsistent I'm 22 percent bf this thing is way off

    Love this scale and all the detailed calculations it gives. Well packed. The shipping box had a puncture hole in it. Then the scale box had a the same home. I was worried it hit the scale but theres good amount of foam packed in the box.

    Best smart scale I have owned

    If you want to know exactly where your muscle gains are happening, this is the scale for you. The segmental analysis shows exactly how much lean mass is in each limb. It has completely changed how I track my gym progress.
