Terrible product
Measures are only shown once, with a weird delay. There is no way to switch back/forward between mass/fat/muscle/etc Sometimes scales are getting stuck with sandclock on the screen and not responding to anything. My scales were displaying KGs, but at some point they just switched to LBs and I don't know how to change it back. I use Garmin watches and they are great, but the scales are a disappointment When I want to weigh my friend - it requires them to log in/create account/etc. Can't there just be a guest in my house who wants to try the scales?!

Consistent Scale
This scale effectively measures weight. However, I’m unsure about its weather-related feature. It might be based on the WiFi location as I am on a 5G service. The wake-up step can be challenging at times. Occasionally, I need to forcefully tap it to get it to start. On other occasions, it starts right away. Overall, it tracks weight accurately, and the Garmin Connect integration consolidates all my information in one place.

Works good
Moved from an older withings scale to the s2. It works great and syncs with the apps I use where the withings didn’t. The values for fat%, bone mass, etc for the withings seemed way off. I didn’t have any actual data to compare with but I know my body fat percentage wasn’t near 14%. Overall I’m very happy with the new scale.

Difficult adding users
Although I love the features it gives. It is very difficult to add users in the house hold. It will not let anyone else join to be added personally to the scale. They downloaded the app and have already accepted my request but still won’t connect them.

I bought the Scale to keep me on track with work out every. Knowing my body fat is important to me helping me be the best I can be for cycling. It a great product im just amazed . Have had my body fat check at a hospital and it so close to the same as the scale

Works as expected and uploads to the app quickly. Not too complicated… just works! I plan to use it to track weight and body composition trends over time and not stress about the exact accuracy of the body composition numbers. Weight is very accurate.

This scale is great! I love that it can measure not only weight, but body comp metrics like muscle mass, bone mass, water weight. It's also nice that you can track your progression over time and many users can be registered to the scale. Your profile syncs directly and recognizes when you step on the scale. This combined with a few other tracking devices like whoop and chronometer really help you set goals and visually see the difference.

Slightly underwhelming
I had a less expensive off brand smart scale. And the app was very informative. With healthy ranges, and targets for different metrics. I got the garmin scale because I use a garmin cycling computer, and watch. Just to have everything in the same app and be easier to keep track of. The garmin scale works fine. But the presentation is a bit dull. And it would be nice if it gave you ranges for bmi or body fat for instance. It’s a little finicky turning on as well. It does the job. And I will continue to use it.

Garmin index S2 is top tier scale
Easy to set up, easy to pair to the garmin app. Love it! I use this to track performance and monitor weight/ hydration. Only thing i dont like is the feet to add to it when using on carpet, they feel cheap. All in all i would recommend this product for anyone who wants more detail and interconnectivity on their fitness or dietary journeys. IF you where looking for a smart scale, this is it.

Not correct
It is very disappointing but it is not correct. It shows one day I am 122 lbs ( no way!!! I am between 129-133) but for 2 days it showed ridiculously small number My watch also is incorrect..I think I will ne returning both. Very disappointing

Data is spot on
I like this scale and the ability to effortlessly sync to my Garmin profile. The data is accurate and it is easy to use the scale. When you set it up, be sure to follow the instructions - this is not a product you can intuit through. Once that happens, you are ready to go. There is only one user in my household, so I can't address multi user scenarios. The reason it gets 4/5 is the surface shows every water spot and eventually you will have mineral deposits. I have not been able to get mine off. If I were to order again, I recommend choosing white. A fine product and I recommend it!
