Applicator need to be redesigned
Bought this product on the recommendation of my doctor was so excited to try it! The hard rigid applicator is a complete fail in my books it caused bleeding because it’s so hard! Definitely not designed by a woman with vaginal dryness from menopause! As if bring unable to enjoy intimacy isn’t bad enough … something recommended to relieve the dryness that causes bleeding is not acceptable. For something as expensive as this is you should be able to design a comfortable applicator that won’t cause damage to the vaginal walls!!! I see this has also been a concern for well over a year which should be enough time for you to have come up with a better design, perhaps a soft silicone ring around the top would help!!?

I was out of town bc I forgot what I normally use. This was a lesson learned! This stuff created a cottage cheese reaction -worse than yeast infection consistency! Fortunately i did not get the other yeast infection symptoms, but i will never buy this again!

I have some mild dryness from being postpartum and just finishing breast feeding I honestly wasn’t expecting huge results if any from this product but when I tell you I’ve been dripping wet during intimacy I’m not lying! Will definitely continue purchasing this! Only thing I’d improve somehow is the applicator to make it easier to get all of the product inserted in your lady parts. Still giving 5 stars just because how happy I am with results.

Yes, initially it makes a mess but stick with it. After a couple of months (once you’ve shed all of your dead dry skin inside) there will no longer be a mess. I love it so much and can’t live without it since starting menopause. It keeps me feeling comfortable throughout the day. I use it every 3rd day and that’s good for me. Don’t give up!

Absolutely not
Very disappointed. I used it 8 times over the course of 2 months and every time I ended up with a heavy brownish/green discharge on day 2. I went through many pantyliners. I kept trying because I really wanted it to work and hoped it would “be better next time.” I thought it was just me, but I’ve read anecdotal evidence that other women had the same issue. I’m going to try B*nafide R*varee in spite of the much higher pice.

Helps with menopausal dryness
At 39 and having a hysterectomy due to endometriosis, I got really dry down there. My doctor recommended this and it helps so much! Yes, you get a chunky white discharge a day or two after first using it (it even mentions it in the description if people look. That’s caused by some lining shedding. After a few uses, that stops. It’s helped me so much during my menopausal phase.

Effective, though bit messy, 1-2 days afterwards..
I find this product effective at reducing dryness and making my 'lady parts' feel young(er), again. Since I'm currently not sexually active, I can't say how much help it may provide with less difficult/painful intercourse (though I'd assume it DOES help). My biggest issue, however, is with the applicator (which, I assume, was designed by a MAN...not a woman....). The end of the applicator that you must insert inside of you is a straight-edged, hard plastic tube. It would be much better if that end of the applicator were ROUNDED...sorta like some plastic tampon applicators are. Especially when you consider that this product is specifically intended for women with vaginal DRYNESS, why on earth the designer of this applicator tube thought that women with vaginal DRYNESS would find the insertion of a straight-edged, hard plastic tube to be 'tolerable', much less pleasant, is beyond me. Sheesh....how hard should it be to redesign the applicator tube, making the insertion end ROUNDED??

Love it
I would give it 5 stars but the price is what stops me, it's expensive (so much for so little). After my hysterectomy I started getting dry down there and sex was uncomfortable. I did my research, talked to my ob and the different products and decided on this one. I'm so happy I did. I use it once a week and things are great, no dryness and no uncomfortable pain. Just lower the price or make the quantity larger and it's 5 star for sure.

I can’t see thru the tube how much is in the tube. The last time I used it nothing came out. Please change packing so we can see how much is in squeeze tube.

Your comfort is our priority, Aownme, and we want to ensure you’re getting the relief you need. If you have the pre-filled applicators the correct amount of moisturizer is already filled into the tube for one application. The applicator is designed to dispense the correct amount. There will always be product left inside after an application, as more is put in the tube to help push out the recommended dosage. If you have the reusable applicator, you will pull the inner barrel out of the applicator about 1 inch until you feel a resistance. Then you fill that 1 inch of the applicator with the moisturizer from the tube. This is the correct amount for one application. Effective, but applicator design needs improvement
This works well, overall, with adding moisture, but the applicator is very UNpleasant, and needs improvement. The applicator is made of HARD PLASTIC, and in addition, the insertion end has hard edges, when in fact, the applicator tip should be ROUNDED, instead. I don't know many women who would find the insertion of a HARD PLASTIC tube that has HARD EDGES to be pleasant, and in particular, when the women using such a product are likely already experiencing DRYNESS. How clueless could the designers of this product be? Was this designed by men??

Wroks great
I started using this 2 months ago, and it has worked absolute wonders for me when I am with my significant other, however I never got the discharge until I used the 8th tube in the box and then I had this white clumpy discharge. I am hoping this goes away soon.

Do not buy this!
This product caused me to have an embarrassing situation with a guy. It caused a lot of clumpy white discharge that resembles a bad yeast infection. It was all over both of us and you could feel it inside me.
