The 2 medium worked well, but the largest of the three pieces were too large. I wore these a few days after c-section delivery. They helped to Minimize pain and made ambulation a breeze. I recommend, but I would also like to see smaller sizes and more sturdy material as mine started to roll before 1 month. I keep them to wear around the house. I wouldn’t say it was a good investment though. It gave support on the back and front.

I am currently 3 weeks postpartum. This waist binder is very good. I wore it for the first week after postpartum and noticed the improvement in my waist. However, I stopped wearing it because it made me soooooo itchy. This was a trial of directly wearing it on my waist or over clothes. My skin would get red and I could not deal with the itchy skin. Because it’s summer, I would sweat and I think that’s what would cause the itchy skin and even though I loved the waist binder, I had to stop wearing it. I would still recommend it.

I feel the support, but when wearing it and sitting down, tends to fold over at some points. The velcro stuck great at the beginning, but after time, doesn't seem to stick as well and sometimes unsticks especially when you're about to sit down

Wow! What a great shapewear ! I have been using it since birth and my stomach stayed flat flat! I start early in the morning till 8pm and let me tell you when i take it off everyday i immediately see results! Not only it works but super comfortable and soft !! I wore this band after my delivering my first child. I had a c section delivery, and started using this band from week 3 once I got a safety approval from my doctor. The bands helped me strengthen my core and helped with my posture. I would recommend this for postpartum recovery. I wish the Velcro in the bands was better quality, it got stuck to my inner wear multiple times and would pull at the fabric.

This bellyband is legit! Just used it postpartum for my fourth cesarean and wished I’d had it sooner. It’s got three separated layers, which I appreciate, and it was very helpful in supporting my core and helping me get back to my normal routine. I even passed it along to another mommy friend who just had her third baby!

I’m a 25 year old first time mom with a before body being very petite curvy. I was 200lbs by the end of my pregnancy and had trauma to my pelvic floor due to delivery. I put this on 2 days after giving birth and my stomach felt so much better I can’t explain the feeling it just felt like my organs should be where they are. Without the band i felt pain walking and in the car I felt every bump and turn but with the band I just felt secure. It does leave marks on your stomach and sometimes feels like a rash is forming but doesn’t. I 100% would tell every mom to buy this. I’m Hispanic and we usually wear our Faja but this feels so much comfortable than a tight restricting faja that just sucks you in but these bands help with your pelvic floor and stomach and than lastly your waist when you are ready. I was wearing the stomach and pelvic floor for about a week and I’m telling you I feel like I didn’t even give birth.

Not for skinny ish people. Only size is m/l and im 117 pre preg. 5’4”. 166 at delivery and 147 when starting to use this 2 weeks PP. 2 of the 3 items in here fit okay but the other one doesn’t even Velcro like the picture.. it doesn’t Velcro stick to the stretchy part.. only to the solid non stretch part. Which is pointless bc it doesn’t suck you in the way it’s intended .

The first day wearing the belly band, I felt very supported. But each day I could tell it was losing its strength. It does not last long. The boning in the back started tearing through the fabric, after only a few wears. The waistband isn't made to contour to a waist. No matter how tight or loose I make it it folds over itself and doesn't sit in place. it's super uncomfortable. I got this option because of the price, but if I want one that actually works I'll need to invest in a better one. so the money I spent on this one is wasted. I should've just gone with a higher quality more expensive option to begin with.

Very stiff, ans not comfortable to wear unless you are standing up, even then it's just an incredibly tight fit. Postpartum you have a lot of extra around the tummy and I am shocked this is a one size fits all. I stayed pretty small my entire pregnancy and I struggled to get this on. When I would sit, the velcro would give.

It is a good recovery wrap if you plan to be standing all the time. Every-time I sit down it moves out of place and it becomes very uncomfortable.
