Q: Is the non-stick coating on both sides of the foil or one side? Does is have a oily residue?

submitted by SamG - 7 months ago

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The non-stick side is the flat, matte-finished side of the foil. To help identify it, the foil is imprinted with the words “Reynolds Wrap® Release Non Stick Side.” Please note that this product does not contain an oil based residue.

Q: What is the difference between this "Non-stick" aluminum foil and the regular "Everyday" aluminum foil? Thanks!

submitted by JennyJen - 3 years ago

  • A: Hi JJ, Regular aluminum foil does not have a non-stick coating. You need to grease it with cooking spray, butter, or oil to create a non-stick surface. Non-stick aluminum foil has been coated with a nonstick food-grade coating, which prevents it from sticking to oil or food during baking or cooking. Best, Nomzamo

Household necessity

I’ve always used the original aluminum foil in the past. As time has passed I’ve switched to the non-stick version, it makes cooking easier because the food doesn’t always stick to the aluminum foil causing a mess. The clean up is also easier. Thumbs up!!! Will purchase again.

Does not stick like regular foil

We use this in our air fryer for pizza or other food. Food does not stick to this like it does to regular foil.
