Very good product
Someone struggled with taking this, but I have had no ill affects with this. I take other vitamins so am not sure what difference this one in particular has done for my health. I do know that I'm not going to stop taking it for a while!

Jury still out
I bought this product for my husband, but after a couple of weeks he gave the balance to me, as he felt they weren't doing anything for him. I have just started on them, and will give them an honest try, I have enough for about 90 days @ 1 day. I will switch to 2Xday if I see no results after a couple of weeks. I am a bit discouraged that the instructions on the bottle suggest this be taken in combination with 3 other products made by NOW. They may be just wanted to sell more product, but now I am wishing that I had purchased Swanson's brand.

A Great Adaptogen
