[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaged very well in a sturdy plastic bottle. The label seals the lid and does not remove cleanly. After pulling a large portion of the label off trying to open the bottle, I found a seal under the lid that also had to be removed. Finally, I was able to access the Ashwagandha capsules. They have a faint herby smell, that reminds me of Italian seasoning. I like that they are free of many allergens such as gluten, lactose and yeast. One serving of 2 quick release capsules gives you 300mg of 10:1 extract, which sets this as an extra strength supplement.

The formula with a higher concentration (3000 mg) is a great choice for those looking for an extra strength option. Also nice that it contains 12 mg of black pepper extract. The product does not contain GMOs and gluten, which is important to me. Excellent herbal complex - will order again!

They are quick release capsules and have an easy to use flip top lid. They have 12mg of black pepper extract and are non GMO and free of gluten.
