Since the ears, nose and throat are all connected I used these to help clear my stuffy nose. They do help. I am able to breath a bit more and blow mucus from my nose. They taste great.

A coworker lent me some of these when I started to get sick at work (turned out it was COVID) but these have become my favorite cough drops/ throat lozenges and the only one I buy when I get colds. The taste is AMAZING. Truly. Most throat drops are so artificial tasting and not generally pleasant but I would take these as a mint if I could. These are the best cough drops. They are long-lasting and effective. They help relieve a sore throat and reduce coughing. I do wish the packaging had the option to reseal so that way they don't spill out. But I love that they have natural ingredients.
