This would have been a gorgeous pot -- if it hadn't arrived in 50 pieces. This large ceramic pot was thrown in a big box. Two pieces of paper stuffing were thrown on top. No wonder it arrived broken! And it gets better: instead of just refunding my money or sending a replacement, even though I provided a photo of the smashed pot--TARGET WANTS ME TO MAIL THE BROKEN POT BACK TO THEM BEFORE THEY WILL REFUND OR REPLACE!! How stupid and wasteful! Target, you are going downhill fast.

I’ve been a Rifle Paper fan & customer for many years & was excited to see they’d partnered with Target! The larger pot is lovely & the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s too large for my needs. (Had my local Target had it in stock, I would have realized.) Btw Target was listening to damage complaints & the reason for returns because I also ordered the smaller size (perfect for me) & each was in its own inner box w/in a large box. No damage at all. Each was in perfect condition.

It’s an attractive planter…when it’s not smashed to pieces. It was poorly packed for shipping. Target will allow a return IF I mail it back and use the “free shipping label” that I print out. That involves a trip to UPS after I find a way to print the label. Printing the label requires that my printer have a “pop up” feature. Apparently, mine doesn’t have that so now I need to search for someone that does have one. Does anyone know if they have a pop up on their printer? Really! This purchase as become a nuisance all because it was improperly prepared to ship!

I ordered three of these Rifle patterned pots in various sizes. The packing situation was incredibly substandard. These are more fragile than I imagined. I requested a replacement and will take the broken chards to the store. I am reviewing this as proof that I received, planned to return and wanted a new one.
