Q: Is anyone else having issues turning it on? I have held the power button for 5 seconds, even 10 seconds and NOTHING turns on. It will only have a red light when charging and that’s it. I had it charging all day

A: I was just having the same issue! I discovered that one of the buttons was stuck down! After clicking it a few times it eventually popped back up and I was able to turn it on

submitted byCassie41886 - 1 year agoA: If you’re using an iPhone/ipad you have to make sure the AssistiveTouch option is turned on. Go to settings > accessibility > touch > turn on AssistiveTouch. Once turned on connect it to Bluetooth and press the middle button while pairing. Once paired, open the app and you should be able to scroll up and down. If it’s lagging the first time, close the app and reopen it and it will work. Hope this helps. There should be instructions in the box with these steps as well.

A: I connected it to my iPad and can scroll through the pages on my kindle app. You do have to double click to turn the page, just fyi.

Does not turn on
I bought this, and I will admit it worked wonderfully! I was able to scroll on TikTok, like, etc. However, once it died, it never turned back on. I have charged it and changed the charger I use, and still, it does not turn on. I have made sure none of the buttons are broken, but still, nothing works.

Would not turn on
Did not work. I plugged it in to charge, but i could not get it to turn on at all or get into pairing mode to even see if it would scroll/page turn. bummer, was really hoping this would work for a cheaper alternative.

Basic, but works
It's basic for what it is. You do have to check to make sure it pairs to what you want. I use it for my kindle all the time and never had any issues with it. I would definitely buy it again!

Great little remote
Works great for mindlessly scrolling tik tok. The up and down buttons work great, it’s easy to double click the center button to like— super pleased with the price and ease of use.

GREAT little buy!
Set up was super easy on my iPhone and I haven’t had any issues with it. Makes scrolling a lot easier and even taking photos/selfies! Love it!

Buttons didn't work right
This did not work for me. For the first five minutes I had it worked and then something went wrong. The buttons either don’t work whenever I press them or they do something weird. For reference when I was scrolling online and pressed the down button, the volume went up. I was in Home Screen and accidentally pressed one of the buttons and it called my mom. My cousin bought this with me, and hers never worked. When she pressed the button on the back to sync it it just couldn’t turn on. I don’t recommend this at all.

HORRIBLE

It will pair to my phone but not consistently control the device at all. I have to hit the buttons multiple times to have it actually scroll and it only works inconsistently at best. Don’t waste your money
