Octopus barely moves
My kids got the octopus and it is really poor quality. It barely moves in the water (only 4 of the arms are even robotic, the others are just stationary) and they aren’t strong enough to propel it. And frequently the lights in the eyes and movement in the water stop all together. Total let down on what you get for the price and the number of “surprises” is misleading because they are all just stickers

It was not the shark! We got the octopus! My little one opened the package himself and I wasn’t paying attention till it was opened up. Disappointing. But, the most disappointing is that we can’t get it to work. What a waste of time and money. Junk.

Water fun
we have enjoyed the Robo Alive and this wasn't the expectation. My godson loved it we used it while he was on the pool and he had a blast pretend playing that a shark was after him and him catching the shark was just one of the many ways he has used it.

Shark moves great!
We love the zuru alive toys! The water animals move just as realistically as the land animals do, albeit theyre smaller versions of the real thing. We got the shark and its still doing well in the water a few weeks in.

We have had so many fun zuru toys that you get to open and explore, but this has been my son's favorite! He loved opening everything up and finding all of the fun surprises inside! But he was so excited to find out that once you put the shark together it swims around! It is so fun, and I think he will enjoy playing with this day after day! A little disappointed!
It is a pretty cool water toy but it is a little misleading; it seems like there will be both monsters in the box, as it is very large for just a few things in there… so, I would probably change the way it is marketed and say that you are getting one and not both the shark and the monster. Guess I should have read the fine print a few more times. A little disappointed!

Great water fun
While , this says age is 5+ , this Zuru Robo alive deep sea monster surprise is very appealing to my four year-old grandson. He loves to play with the shark and octopus in his fish tank as well as his bath tub. It's fun to see the shark come alive and he had great fun building the octopus and putting it all together, as well as as playing with the slime is very realistic like the sea. Many of the surprises were stickers which was was a little bit disappointing to him as he was looking for more substantial surprises but the fun he had with the monster and the shark has more than made up for it..

Bath time fun!!!
My son loves taking baths and gets bored with the same bath toys. When I saw these I decided to get them for his birthday and make them bath toys. He is loving them and having a blast. He loves the shark and that it loves around.
