if you are a woman, if your amount of hair loss is different than that shown on the side of this carton, or your hair loss is on the front of the scalp (5% minoxidil topical solution is not intended for frontal baldness or receding hairline), if you have no family history of hair loss, your hair loss is sudden and/or patchy, if you do not know the reason for your hair loss, if you are under 18 years of age (Do not use on babies and children), if your scalp is red, inflamed, infected, irritated, or painful, if you use other medicines on the scalp.

When using this product

do not apply on other parts of the body, avoid contact with the eyes (In case of accidental contact, rinse eyes with large amounts of cool tap water), some people have experienced changes in hair color and/or texture, it takes time to regrow hair (Results may occur at 2 months with twice a day usage. For some men, you may need to use this product for at least 4 months before you see results), the amount of hair regrowth is different for each person. This product will not work for all men.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

chest pain, rapid heartbeat, faintness, or dizziness occurs, sudden, unexplained weight gain occurs, your hands or feet swell, scalp irritation or redness occurs, unwanted facial hair growth occurs, you do not see hair regrowth in 4 months.

Pregnancy/breast-feeding warning

May be harmful if used when pregnant or breast-feeding.

Directions

For Best Results: Apply directly to scalp twice daily. Apply one ml with dropper 2 times a day directly onto the scalp in the hair loss area. Using more or more often will not improve results. Continued use is necessary to increase and keep your hair regrowth, or hair loss will begin again.

Hair regrowth has not been shown to last longer than 48 weeks in large clinical trials with continuous treatment with 5% minoxidil topical solution for men. In clinical studies with mostly white men aged 18-49 years with moderate ° of hair loss, 5% minoxidil topical solution for men provided more hair regrowth than 2% minoxidil topical solution. Store at controlled room temperature 68 to 77 ° F (20 to 25 ° C).

Q: Can you dye your hair while using Rogaine?

  • A: Hi, make sure all Rogaine® has been washed off the hair and scalp before using chemical treatments. Do not use Rogaine® for 24 hours after any chemical treatment to ensure that your scalp has not been irritated by the perm or color treatment. If no irritation occurs, continue use of Rogaine® as usual. Missing one day of Rogaine® will not affect your hair regrowth results, so there is no need to use more Rogaine® to make up for missed applications – resume your normal regimen. Hope this information helps!

    I am Allergic to Minoxidil

    Unfortunately I had an extreme allergic reaction to this product that included redness on my scalp and entire forehead, chronic itching, accelerated skin production on my upper scalp and forehead, excessive skin peeling and flaking, and bleeding cracks in the lines of my forehead.

    Love the product

    Hair growth

    “Excellent Quality and Service”

    “I’ve been using Rogaine Minoxidil for about six months now. In the first three months, I noticed some initial hair growth, which was encouraging. However, after about three months, I started experiencing some shedding, which made me a bit worried. But after about a month, the shedding stopped, and I started seeing more growth. Now, after six months of use, I’m really happy with the results. The hair growth has significantly improved, and I feel much more confident. I’m about 90-95% satisfied with the progress, and I would like to thank Rogaine for providing such a great product. As for side effects, I haven’t experienced anything serious. I had mild scalp dryness and occasional itching, but it wasn’t a big concern. A few small spots of irritation appeared, but they went away quickly. Overall, no major side effects, and I’m very pleased with the results.”

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to apply, comes with a dropper to target specific areas. But unfortunately the scalp irritation makes it a no go for me. Effective but not worth the side effects.
