How is this product receiving such high ratings? I previously purchased the large bag of colorful, non-latex rubber bands that Target sells. Those were awesome and lasted us a long time. Wanting to save a little money, I decided to purchase this rubber band ball the last time we needed more rubber bands. The rubber bands in the ball are awful! They have hardly any stretch to them. The bag of colorful rubber bands, while more expensive, has super stretchy awesome rubber bands that rarely ever break. I won’t buy this again.

It's rubber bands
What can I say, it's rubber bands in a ball. The rubber bands work well and it is easy to find and store when it's in this shape. I like the colors and it is nicer to be able to find a smaller number of rubber bands and not have to buy a ton of them.

The inner kid in me had to have this!
I've always been a fan of rubber band balls as a kid and when I saw this I had to get it for my desk. It's great for when you need a rubber band but also a great stress relief fidget item.

Need aromatherapy to deal with this
Well. They work fine as rubber bands. However the smell is so awful, smells terrible. Have had these for 6 months now with plenty of time to release the smell (nope, still smells) and life is too short for stinky stuff. I need aromatherapy to get over these.

Cute but stinks to high heaven
Very colorful and the rubber bands are good quality but it smells so strongly of sulfur, the entire office smells like my son’s dirty diapers. Took us days to locate the culprit but it was this rubber band ball!

These rubber bands break extremely easily. If you stretch them at all they just bust. Not good quality at all. Do not recommend. I bought them to put around my notecards for studying and they just break.

waste of money
all of them break after second use even if your not doing a tight knot. i think your better off getting a set from dollar store .. at least it was only a dollar vs three. target should do better with this item!!
