I did read many reviews before deciding to buy. I trust the Rubbermaid brand and I had many uses for this in mind, so I bought it. First, I read at least one review where the customer thought the item had been used and returned. I think that may be the case with the one I received, also, because the package was taped and - more importantly - the bristles on one brush head were not in perfect condition. Second, I really can't find a good use for it. I do think it has sufficient power and I didn't experience any issue with applying pressure to any surface I was trying to clean. However, whatever I tried to clean didn't really get cleaned. And, the brush head got dirty very quickly. Before buying, I had read reviews about customers being disappointed about not being able to buy replacement brush heads, but I felt that even if I could make one round of cleaning the things I wanted to scrub, then even if I had to "discard" the whole thing it would still be worth it. Yet, it just didn't clean anything I tried in the kitchen nor bathroom nor even the molding/baseboard tops. I wonder if Rubbermaid made the bristles with durability in mind but the materials that were used to make the bristles last longer are just not good materials for cleaning dirt off things.

As soon as you touch the head to anything, it stops spinning. Doesn’t matter how much pressure you put on it, it doesn’t spin as soon as it touches anything. What a waste. I was really excited about this and it doesn’t even work.

In an ironic twist, while I gave it. A one star, I LOVE this brush. The issue is that I cannot purchase replacement heads (I even searched Amazon) and that’s just a complete waste… of money and resources.

I am so glad I got this product. The best purchase of my life. It cleans grout like no other. I’ve had trouble around my sink and I’ve never been able to clean it in the scrubber really got into the crevices. I don’t know why you’re not buying this right now.
