We appreciate you reaching out and sharing your experience, Mandy! Prior to each use, it is essential that Rust-Oleum Universal Spray Paint and Primer is thoroughly shaken for a full minute. The can also needs to be shaken often during application to prevent any pigment from settling. It's a beautiful color, but it doesn't spray evenly and it leaked all over my hands. I've done a lot of spray painting and this is by far the worst type of spraying can.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Rust-Oleum Universal Advanced Formula Spray Paint is a heavily pigmented coating. Be sure to vigorously shake the can for at least one minute once the mixing ball begins to rattle, as well as frequently during use. All this shaking keeps the pigment (color) well mixed inside the can, this typically results in excellent color. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Oil Rubbed Bronze Rustoleum Spray paint looks more like a metallic black than bronze to me. Much darker that the top of the can implies. The coverage is ok. I like the spray trigger, it gets less pain on my hands than the old type on top of the can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an understated metallic paint for refinishing my metal patio furniture and this one fit the bill. I was able to finish painting one chair before the humidity and rain caused me to pause my project but I am looking forward to finishing it soon! The paint covers really well with a few passes and looks very professional when dry. I recommend painting out of the wind but in a well ventilated area to avoid triggering any smell-activated migraines, but once dry, there is no odor. I recommend this product wholeheartedly!

Good for mailboxes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spray paint is great for outdoor projects. Our mailbox and lawn chairs rust quickly due to the moisture and heat here. Every year I have to spray paint our mailbox or it looks faded and we get a letter from our HOA. I have used this product last year and this year, we just used it for good measure. It was the first time our mailbox withstood an entire year without fading. I will stick with this spray paint from now on..
