Ryka Women's Devotion X Tr Shoes

The Devotion Series has been my only shoe choice for years because the fit, comfort, and wearability are the best I have found- for my narrow feet.

I was so excited about these shoes because the arch support seemed great and I loved the look. However, I have to get up and down off the ground a lot at work as a children’s librarian (usually for shelving books in the kids area) and the tow of these shoes likes to bend inward and get stuck that way. So after I shelve books, I have a little divots by my toes that just poke at my feet. To properly poke them back out I have to take the shoes off, but even then the divots like to stay. I still like using them for walking, but working out or doing any other activity where you have to put the toe of your shoe on the ground is not ideal. As they are marketed as walking shoes, I would still say they are good shoes for that purpose. Just a little disappointed that I can’t wear them more regularly.

These shoes are attractive in looks and the cushioning on my feet are great. I also like how they fit my feet with good toe room.

I've had these shoes for 3 weeks and they look like I've owned them for much longer. I walk outside several times a week and I'm over 200 pounds, but the souls have become completely deflated & wrinkled. In addition they've already developed holes in the interior heel section. If I walk for exercise more than 2 consecutive days I get blisters on my heels. I've attempted to adjust how loose or tight I'm lacing up the shoes, but this doesn't seem to matter. I do enjoy the style and that this company focuses on women. I wish this shoe worked better for me.

I don’t normally order wide but bunions are now demanding it. Unfortunately the heel is also quite wide making the heels slip when walking. I might be able to put padding in or something. At first they felt too large and too long, but maybe I can get used to them. Other than the fit I like the shoe. Plenty of cushion and they feel stable and well built.

I love Ryka shoes and have multiple pairs, all in the same size. I ordered the same size I always do, but these shoes are much longer and bigger overall. Great shoes, but sizing is off.

I bought these to workout. But. these weren't a good fit for that purpose. They make my feet long. My feet are already big, I wear size 11 w. My feel didn't feel secure with extra socks or added insoles. Not the best.

When I first discovered Rykas I loved them and I bought several pairs. They were the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever worn. I loved the arch support. Recently I bought several pairs from the Devotion series. They felt very comfortable at first but after wearing them for a while my feet hurt. The increased heel to toe ratio resulted in more pressure in the balls of my feet and U had to stop wearing them. Now I have 2 new pairs of Rykas I can’t return. I’m so disappointed. I wish they had never changed the design from the Devotion 2s

They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had. I have plantar fascitis and these are perfect. Can walk forever and no pain.

As with getting older, my feet are changing so I ordered these in a wide. They fit great for my toes, however, they don't hold in place on my heels. I am still able to wear them for walking the trails, as they are comfortable and I love the tread on them. I am disappointed, however, with the lose fitting heel. I have owned many Ryka tennis shoes and have never had an issue with the heel not fitting properly. But as I said, I ordered these in a wide, so maybe this is why the heel is fitting differently.

Great hiking sneaker for the canyons of Southern California. Sufficiently cushioned while you still feel sure- footed on uneven terrain. Great for keeping your feet in place while hiking downhill. They do run a bit large, fine if you use a cushioned sock. Otherwise go down a half size.

Great fit with great support especially for long walks!!!

This is my 5th pair of Ryka shoes or boots so I definitely can say they are great choices! I'd love to see a more rounded toe but other than that, I love this brand!

I too feel the quality of Ryka shoes have really lost its way. I started out with Ryka years ago when they first produce at seminars for instructors who were certified. I hesitate to buy any of the shoes because they don’t stand up and then your feet start to hurt at the bottoms. The cushioning is all that gone.

These shoes look and feel great. The only issue I have is the toe has some reinforcement and it creased very quickly. I can feel the crease on the inside of the shoe which is slight uncomfortable

Have owned a pair of Devotion X TR shoes for a year and they are by far the best fitting, most comfortable trail walking shoes I've ever owned. While other makes have a sturdier sole, which hurt my feet, Ryka has a cushiony sole that may not last as long, but is way more comfortable for my aging feet. The shoe itself fits my feet perfectly, although my feet are a little wonky and hard to fit due to my left foot being a half size longer than the right and both heels being narrow. For me, the toe box is perfect - no blisters on either side of my foot. The arch is, also, perfect.

A well-made shoe, but the 7W is a smidge narrower than is optimim for me. Brooks toe box fits me better.

My new Ryka shoes are soooo comfortable. I bought them for my daily walks and end up wearing them for more than just my walks!

I love these sneakers, I walk every day and these sneakers offer excellent support. I wish they came in more colors!

Shoe is narrow in the tapered toe box - what happened to Ryka's nice round toe? Like someone else said the toe part of shoe runs long. I really don't like the shoe but have 2 pair thanks to hubby. I wouldn't buy.
