Ryka Women's Podflow Walking Shoes

I was looking for sneakers that matched my car, which matches my iphone case..(I just like neon colors) and low n behold I found these at DSW on sale, and in my size! A small miracle. They are super comfy, cool, lightweight, cushioney, larger toe box, no blisters, easy on my arthritis, great for walking and pickelball! I get compliments often too. I will buy another pair before I wear these out. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the laces. I have to double knot them to stay. Not a big deal, but please work on that.

I have a more narrow foot and these are wide for the medium width. I also generally wear a 9.5 in walking shoes but these run bigger than normal.

These fit true to size, are comfortable, and have good arch support. The only negative is that the laces do not stay tied unless you double-knot them.

This pair of shoes are very lightweight, supportive in the right areas of the foot, no slippage on the heel and all day comfy especially when walking. The color is a little too neon, but I still like them.

Worst shoestrings ever - couldn’t tighten them at all, so had to order replacements before I could really wear the shoes. I’ve now worn them less than 5 times and the toe is already coming apart. 2 out of 3 pairs that I’ve ordered from this company have defects within just a few wears. And the return/replacement policy sucks. No more chances from me.

I was hesitant to purchase podflow because rezorb works so well for me due to plantar fasciitis issues. Podflow has fabulous arch support, is comfortable, ultra lightweight, the material has proven to be breathable while walking on some fairly warm days. The laces are a little stiff but, if you tie them in an actual bow, they stay tied! I did goat yoga in a farm setting, where participants were asked to leave their shoes on (and not do the normal barefoot yoga). The podflow design was versatile enough for goat yoga! I LOVE the yellow!

Ryka is always a good choice for design and comfort. I've bought Rykas for years and have never been disappointed. Buying Rykas is a no brainer.

The shoes are great. They are light and comfortable. They provided me the support I needed.

I've worn Ryka's for 4 years. I've loved the brand. The recent purchase was not up to par. The laces are extremely difficult to work with, the archs seems hard and hit in the wrong place and the cushioning that I've enjoyed so much in the past is somewhat disappointing. I've already sent them to Goodwill and am looking into HOKA's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about these shoes was just how gorgeous they are! I love the bright yellow as it matches most all of my leggings. They fit perfectly! It feels like they hug my feet in all the right places. I feel like walking and jogging are easier in this shoes! They really are very comfortable to wear, even for long walks or hikes. They feel durable enough for a more rugged terrain. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a stellar pair of walking shoes!

LOVE these shoes!! Excellent support and comfort…. Finally something comfortable for my 50 something feet.

I like these shoes for the most part. Fit is a little snug and I do not like the laces. They’re stiff, not pliable, which makes it difficult to tie them. But once they’re on my feet, I have no complaints.

Good shoe, supportive, love it, but I am between sizes! Please add 10.5 to the line up! I recently discovered Ryka and really want to buy more but a 10 is too short and an 11 is too roomy!!!

Love the style. Fit is good. Only critique is the color isn’t really “yellow” but more of a neon faint lime green.

I walk on a treadclimber several times a week. I’m 70 years old and love the outdoors. These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn to walk. They have good arch support and lots of cushioning. I’ve worn Ryka shoes for sports for as long as I can remember. Thank you for thinking of women specifically.

I have been consistently happy with my last three purchases from Ryka, which is why I decided to get my fourth pair. I needed walking shoes for work, so I gave these bright yellow ones a try. As always, Ryka lived up to its promise of comfort. The shoes are incredibly light, and my feet feel happy inside them every time I wear them. However, as someone who values both form and function, I found this pair to be a bit of a mixed bag. The roomy toe space certainly adds to the comfort, but since I have small, narrow feet, the shoes ended up being too wide for me. Unfortunately, the shape didn't flatter my feet as much as I had hoped. I also encountered a couple of issues that were red flags for me. I had read two negative comments about the shoe laces and creasing, and they turned out to be true. The creasing made my shoes look worn out after just a month of use, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the shoe laces have a frustrating tendency to untie themselves while I'm rushing to work, no matter what I do. Believe me, I've tried every trick I know, except replacing them. In summary, while these shoes are great for comfort, they fall short in terms of style and practicality for my needs.

These are the best shoes I have ever worn. The positive difference I can feel in my back is amazing. I have been a customer for years and have always had positive experience with the shoes, but this is fantastic. I walk 3 miles a day at least 5 days a week. These shoes have made my walks pain free.
