Saalt has my favorite gusset of all of the period underwear I have tried, but these briefs are just not comfortable. They are not full coverage for me and ride up almost instantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 4 pairs of period underwear from Saalt, all in different models, and the same can be said for them all: -5 stars for look, fit, comfort and the AMAZING tech behind the absorbent gusset (seriously amazing! super thin and super absorbent!) -1 star for LENGTH and PLACEMENT of the gusset. . . Which is a crazy thing to get wrong!! I'm leaving this comment on this pair of underwear because it was the worst, but they were all surprisingly bad at this. The gusset is so short! It doesn't matter how good the tech is when the gusset doesn't cover the areas you need it to cover, it's literally three inches too short (I'm not exaggerating, it's that bad!) The way the gusset was placed, it wasn't even sufficient as backup for my cup. Despite having very little leakage from the cup, some of it still ended up outside the limited area that this gusset covered. Very disappointed with my purchase.

It's nice for catching any spotting you happen to have though. It mostly worked for that. Didn't catch everything because, well, it's too far back.
