I bought them for pregnancy leaking and they’ve held up. Definitely beats wearing a pad that moves around.

The black cotton brief was a little big, but it was very soft and performed perfectly. For high waisted jeans, fine style. In clothes I wear a 10, jeans 29. The bikini was an absolutely perfect fit though. Fabric is excellent!

Saalt is an incredible company! Their customer service is out of this world and I truly felt that everyone wanted the best outcome for my body as I saw it. The period underwear is AMAZING! The feel is drier than that of conventional pads, the underwear is very comfortable and easy to wash, no complaints whatsoever! I only wish I had discovered the wonders of this company earlier in my life. PFAS free is that brought me to them originally

The smalls fits perfectly otherwise so I know it’s not a size issue. Other than that I love them, definitely wouldn’t wear them on a heavy flow day though

The pad is a little bulky, but that's fine if you're just wearing them to lounge or be comfy in. I would not recommend these for wearing to work because of the bulk. I found that my thighs didn't fill out the openings enough, but they fit my waist and butt perfectly.

I put them to the test and even wore the regular absorbency on one of my heavy days and it lasted until the end of the day. I was happily surprised.

These hold my period well, but like all the salt underwear, when i go to the bathroom and pull them back up again, it feels super wet and uncomfortable just like a normal disposable pad in underwear. dont know if its because it doesnt really soak up the chunky part of a period? Throughout the day though it doesnt feel as wet because they are already on me. I think they are ok enough to buy because it does hold your period and saves the earth and your body from toxicity.
