Q: Can these be used for bladder leakage, as well?

A: They sure can! Since urine tends to be higher in volume we would recommend any heavy absorbency option and make sure you have a few pairs on hand to change more frequently (cause have you ever sneezed with a full bladder? Yep, you get it.)

I have used a few different brands of period underwear and these are definitely my favorite fabric that I have tried. They are silky and comfortable. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the material intended to capture the flow does not have enough coverage in the front so I had overflow in the front.

Very Hot and Sweaty. I couldn't wear these for more than an hour without feeling very uncomfortable. The fabric is soft and comfortable but the underwear is bulky and the large pad area in the back bunches up in my butt. The size large fit nicely, as I'm a size 8-10 in pants.

These are very comfortable. They could be made better or qc could be better. I had one pair that the seams were coming loose before I even put them on. They get an ok from me. Other than being comfortable and fit well, they fall short in the protection category. The absorbent pad is definitely not long enough in the front. I've already bled through the front middle while I was asleep. Kind of disappointed.

I only use my period underwear for backup with my cup and for lighter days. However, this underwear is AMAZING!! It holds just as much as my Thinx but the cut gives me more coverage (which I really like) and also doesn't feel as heavy. They are super soft and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!! These are by far the softest and most comfortable period undies I’ve ever purchased. The seamless ones just aren’t for me, so these are absolutely fantastic. I was worried that they wouldn’t be as effective and I might bleed through them, but no such thing yet! I’ve bought 2 pairs now, definitely plan on eventually replacing all of mine with Saalt.

I cannot recommend these enough. I tried saalt products because I was tired of feeling so wasteful using one time use feminine products. I tried saalt underwear and fell in love quickly. They are super comfortable, absorbent, and don’t leave any odor like some products will. This pair is nice because it’s padded area is fairly long, extending a good amount in the back. Really good for sleeping in or relaxing around the house. Plus saalt doesn’t have any forever chemicals like other period underwear do.

I love almost everything about these. They're soft, the technology is great, I like the brief style/coverage. My only (small) complaint is that I wish the waistband were a little looser. These fit great everywhere else but the waistband cuts into my bloated period belly, which causes some pain.

I finally tried the comfort brows underwear. I am in my early 50’s and perimenopausal, so my period is a bit irregular, nut when it comes, boy is it heavy! But I tried these on today for the first time, and Omg they are the BEST! I took a yoga class in them, lounged around, and I’ve never felt so free during my period. For reference, I am 5’2” and a straight/apple body, usually size 22, and the large fo’ot perfectly. I envy the gals who have this undead while they are still super young, so that they can wear them whenever needed for years to come. It’s ok - I’m getting at least 4 more pairs. I highly recommend saalt products.
