[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quite comfortable and absorbent. I love the fabric and it doesn't feel like a diaper at all even though I got the highest absorbance. My main gripe with it is that the pad part is too low in the front. It doesn't go forward enough which is uncomfortable and makes me nervous when I'm using it on its own (not as a backup). If anyone from the team reads this and has suggestions for a similar product with more coverage in the front please let me know!

I love that these are cotton and they work great but after less than a years worth of wear the seam has separated from the elastic at the side of the hip around the leg. I’m trying to buy quality items that last and this is a major disappointment.

Hoping I can trust a company I took the leap and purchased three pairs of heavy flow bikini style underwear. So far they are great. Held the blood, but most of all was far more comfortable than my other ones.
