I have used them for two cycles now and I have 0 complaints. I don't dread my period like I used to. Thank you, Saalt, for making items that look good and feel good. It's empowering to have aesthetically pleasing period care designed with women's bodies in mind. I was worried that I would feel the ick having to wash them, and was surprised by how affirming it is to not throw away period care. These items are not dirty/shameful/trash; they are artfully designed, comfortable, cute reusable items that take care of my body. I love them! I will never go back to pads or tampons!

My only concern is that the way the padding is sewn in the back, you can see where the padding stops and the normal underwear material begins. But a small price to pay for how well they work

I love that these are cotton and they work great but after less than a years worth of wear the seam has separated from the elastic at the side of the hip around the leg. I’m trying to buy quality items that last and this is a major disappointment.

Extremely comfortable but saying that it holds up to 3 tampons is a stretch, more like 1. I’ve leaked everytime I’ve worn these without a tampon. I’ll have to use these only as a backup and not as a standalone measure.

While these are comfortable, they are unusable due to the fact that the gusset doesn’t cover the full range of women’s vulvas. I saw others complain of this, and I hoped it wouldn’t apply to me, but it does. Leaking up front renders these ineffective which is why I had to give a 1-star.

These are SO uncomfortable. Fairly decent underwear cut, nice rear coverage, like the fabric. However, the problem with these lies in the absorbent fabric. It is only sewn to the inside lining and isn’t attached to the outside layer. Consequently, it moves with any movement of the wearer, and because it is stiffer than the other layers, it scratches and gets stuck and generally feels like a cheap pad. What is the point of spending $30+ on period underwear if they aren’t any more comfortable than a pad?
