But soon after receiving these, I wore them on a hiking trip and they kept me dry from sweat and my pelvic floor getting leaky. So now I wear them when I know I’ll be sweaty or when my pelvic floor gets leaky due to nerve issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work well to absorb liquid, but they are quite a bit bulkier than I was expecting, on par with a less expensive pair I bought from Aerie several years ago. I followed the size chart recommendation and ordered 2 pairs in size medium, but I think these may run large. If they were a closer fit they may feel sleeker, but as is they are more of a granny panty fit. I wouldn't want to wear them regularly, but as a backup to my Saalt disc on the first day of my period, they're fine.
