This seat can be used for children in two modes: as a forward-facing harness booster (for children 30–65 lbs. and 34.4"–49" tall) and as a belt-positioning booster (for children 40–100 lbs. and 43.4"–52" tall). If your 3-year-old is over 40 lbs and meets the height requirements, she may be ready for either mode depending on fit and maturity.

This restraint is not certified for aircraft use when used as a booster seat because aircraft seats do not have shoulder belts. We use this car seat for our 4 year old. I love that it's simple and easy to install and use. It also fits 3 across in our Honda Odyssey. We plan to use his for travel because it is so lightweight and easy to car. Love the moveable cupholder and easy to wipe off fabric.

We love our Finale DX booster seat! It was incredibly easy to install, and looks a lot like a "normal seat", so my son feels like he's a big boy. The seat itself is super comfy, with lots of padding, so he never complains about being uncomfortable. We regularly travel long distances and this seat has never given him any discomfort issues. I would recommend this to everyone!

I wish I had this with my first kiddo! The seat is a great size- I could fit 3 seats across but best of all was the fabric and how easy it was to remove, wash and put back together. My daughter is in the middle of potty training right now so this was a lifesaver. With such a wide range of weight for child, this will truly be the last seat I need to buy. Well worth the money!!

I got a chance to try this car seat as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and I love it! I really like how it can be used for such a long time and the fact that it is so lightweight makes it perfect for traveling! My family is always flying somewhere and one of the parts we dread is lugging a heavy car seat through the airport, that exceeds federal safety standards, with this car seat, it is no longer a hassle! It is also easy to clean and comes with a convenient removable cup holder. I would definitely recommend this car seat.

This is a great seat. We got it as an extra for use when I babysit my niece or my son visits family. It is lightweight and not bulky. I also love that it transitions from a 5 point harness to a seatbelt booster.

I am very satisfied with this product, it is very durable and feel as though my child is very well protected when seated inside of it. My only complaint is that it is a little bulky which makes it a little difficult to maneuver inside smaller vehicles. Although the caviat to that is I'd rather it be bulky knowing that my child is well protected than flimsy and wondering if my child is protected enough! I would recommend this product!

This Booster seat is easy to use. My Grandchild LOVES the seat and feels grown up sitting in it as opposed to her "Baby" Carseat! The visibility is excellent-views are not obstructed from the sides of the seat. It is exceptionally easy to clean and does not have many hidden crevices for spills to collect in. I would recommend this Booster seat without hesitation to any family in search of a Booster seat when their children outgrow their carseat!

I have three kids and this car seat is appropriately sized - fits the child and is narrow enough to fit 3 across. Offers two cup holders that pop in too. Super light weight so I am going to use this a lot in travel or for baby sitters. The seat pad is very thin, which worried me initially but I think its the contour of the hard seat that makes it comfortable (kids haven't said anything).

Really do like this seat. It's more narrow than our other car seat we have. I do think it would be possible to get all three car seats now in the backseat of my Explorer. Have only had this one a week and been using it on our youngest. Going to switch it out to try with the four-year-old next. But our youngest kid really seems to like the seat. Cup holder can be changed out from one side to the other real easy and makes for easy cleaning also. And I absolutely love the colors. And it is so light. So it is very easy to transfer from my vehicle to my husband's.

My 3 year old loves this car seat. She feels like such a big girl in it. I love how quickly she can get in and out of it because the seat isn't reclined down at and angle. It's a super fast transition which is nice for errands and when I need her to get in and out on her own because I'm buckling in my infant. The only down side is this wouldn't be a great car seat for long drives as there's no real side support for her head if she were to fall asleep. I'd recommend this to parents who's kids are no longer napping. Overall we really like this car seat!

After attempting to cram a third person in the middle of my backseat with a convertible seat and infant seat, I decided to give this a whirl. I couldn't believe how much room there was with this booster seat! I drive an SUV that's on the smaller side and was contemplating a bigger car but not anymore. My daughter isn't quite ready for a booster seat but I'm happy to have this ready for when she is!

This is an easy to install seat. I had in done in 5min. My son is 40.5 inches at 3.5yo but skinny! So he's certainly too small for a regular high back booster, and need the 5point harness. My only gripe is the shoulder straps. We need to add some strap covers because is digs into his neck a lot. Also the seat itself is not very padded. Just the this neoprene cover. I would expect a little more padding for comfort.
