Had it a month, never would stay secure in truck seat. Toddler got got sick and we had to disassemble… could not be disassembled to wash so we had to throw away a brand new car seat! DO NOT BUY!!! Should be recalled!

We have tried to install this in a Ford Fusion three times. Every time we have the latch strap tight enough that the base does not move more than one inch in any direction. Within a few hours it comes loose again. We even had the fire department attempt installation and the same issue occurred. We believe the lower belt for the latch system is defective.

This is one of the worst car seats I’ve ever owned. The seating is so uncomfortable for my toddler. The cushions are excessive and strapping it into the car is confusing and difficult. Compared to my other car seats. Disassembling to wash this is a hassle. So many pads and hooks in weird places. Not a favorite

My son immediately hated this seat- the padding in the back is SO thin you feel all the plastic underneath. I don’t know how anyone using it as a high back booster would tolerate it. It was cheap feeling, and definitely not worth it. The headrest held the seatbelt and it made it difficult to buckle themselves. BabyTrends customer service is lacking.

I purchased this seat because I wanted the option to have a high back booster and just a booster. This boasts to have both options. First it needed to be assembled and wasn't very easy to do. The biggest issue was that when strapped into my truck, the base literally kept sliding away from the back of the seat and it kept falling apart into 2 pieces! I could not keep it together. It hardly even snapped together and there is nothing to keep it from coming apart . The next problem is my 4 year old it around 40lbs and the straps would hardly buckle around him. It was not very adjustable and with a larger child will absolutely not work. I ended up returning the seat. This seat needs to be removed from the market. Its not safe at all.

Terrible terrible, no matter what I tried I could not tighten the anchors down. Also the headrest area was deformed and bent super close together, it was super flimsy and I didn’t feel it was safe to put my child into. Very upsetting that I used my coupons on this car seat and won’t be able to put them toward a car seat that actually works. I have another car seat very similar to this one and have never had any of the issues with that one.

This is a horrible carseat. First, the straps are way to small. I extended the straps tonaxumax length and I still couldn't buckle in my 3 year old. There's no way it can be used for a 100lb child as the box says. Second, there's no way to get it secure in the car. No matter what I do or how hard i tighten the straps, it still wiggles around.

We returned this seat. We originally purchased the seat because it was soft and seemed as if it would be comfortable for our child. We returned to the seat because it didn't strap into our truck securely. We can never quite get it tight. Also, it was hard to wrestle with the clips the pad that went around the buckles although it was soft it kept getting in the way and was really annoying. Also the back and seat are two separate pieces that clip together but there is nothing that secures them together so they don't ever really snap in place (if that makes sense)

Worst ever experience on trying how to install this car seat, which won’t stand still instructions give you nothing had to go on YouTube to watch some videos in order to install it. It’s a nightmare.
