  • A: Absolutely not. Follow the weight and height requirements for each car seat. Children should be in a rear facing car seat until 2-3, or until they max out the weight and height requirements for their seat. Forward facing until 40-60lbs, and not in a booster until they max out the weight and height requirements for their forward facing car seat. Generally 60lbs and not until at least 4, but later if you can.

    Not comfortable

    Honestly don’t know how this rated high in comfort. No padding in the seat and my kid noticed it right away. It’s also tricky to put together considering it’s supposed to convert to a backless booster. It feels like cheap plastic. This is the first Graco product I’ve had an issue with and I’ve been buying them for 8 years. We returned it right away.

    Works but no anchor

    Works well and as intended. It’s comfortable for my child. It was easy to put together and lightweight. My main surprise came from the realization there is no anchor to secure the booster like most car seats. I guess it is an additional feature on boosters but not standard like infant and convertible car seats. Otherwise, it works!

    Poor quality and unsafe

    The booster seat does not have a latch on it. The car seat tipped over with my son in it. He was so scared! I threw away the box but will still be returning and getting a different one.

    Horrible Design and doesn't feel safe

    Lightweight but AWFUL design and felt unsafe. Not sure if I got a fluke with seeing so many good reviews on this, but this car seat is not it. The backing doesn’t click to hold in place, it just falls flat if you’re not carrying it correctly. The backing was slanted, not up right causing the car seat to not fit in my car. And yes I tried adjusting but there was no going up straighter without feeling like I was going to break the cheap plastic. The base was hanging off the ledge of the seat. It has no safety anchors at all, so it’s loosely sitting. I guess it’s reliant on the seat belt and the weight of the child? The install of the armrest was awful then horrible to detach. I would not recommend wasting time purchasing this car seat. I wish I had taken photos to showcase everything mentioned, but didn’t before taking it apart for return.
