A: No, it is for an older child, likely 4-5 at a minimum

Children should be in a rear facing car seat until 2-3, or until they max out the weight and height requirements for their seat. Forward facing until 40-60lbs, and not in a booster until they max out the weight and height requirements for their forward facing car seat. Generally 60lbs and not until at least 4, but later if you can.

Good fit for our family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this highback booster, because it is lightweight, it, is easy to attach to the car(so it doesn't move around when not in use), it is narrow enough at the top that it can be placed in the center seat between other carseats, or between adult passengers with full size shoulders, and it is not an overly expensive seat. The only thing I wish was different was the color. The light grey will probably show the dirt more than a black or darker grey seat.

I didn't like that this booster literally just sits in the car. No latch or top tether anchor to keep it in place. When putting it together the armrests are secured by screws. I've never had any other car seat or booster put together that way. It said the armrests are adjustable but if they are you would have to use a screwdriver. The materials seemed cheap compared to other Graco products I've had. I returned the booster and will be looking forward to something else

Compact yet spacious

It is spacious and helps them feel like a "big kid" while also keeping them safe with room to move. The headrest also mimics their Graco Extended Fit carseat so their head doesn't bobble around when they fall asleep in the car.

Height Adjustment and Seatbelt Positioner Slips
We have used this car seat for a year and a half, and unfortunately it is not holding up. We are not hard on it but it gets normal use. The high back will not stay up. It constantly falls down to the lowest setting without us touching the adjustment handle. The seatbelt also slips out of the adjuster too easily and we constantly have to fix it. We are trying to teach our son independence, but we have to adjust each time we get into the car.

Safety over comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the safety aspects of the booster seat, especially the latches, as there arent many booster seats that have this feature. My only complaint is that the seat looks more comfortable than it really is. The padding is extremely thin and just provides covering of the hard plastic underneath. My child complained of the hardness the whole time.

Cup holders are junk!
PSA*** the “cup holders” on this are junk!! They are not deep enough at all. Drinks spill all the time because they bounce out. Especially if he’s not in to hold it down. I just ordered a different seat bc I’m tired of this happening.

Good quality car seat for price.

It is roomy but still have support and even if they fall asleep, they aren't flopping around as would happen with a booster without a back. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't have the straps in the back to have it more sturdy in the car. There is a more expensive option that I guess does. So it can slip a little when they are getting in.
