A: Hi John - While Motion Xcelerator is a built-in feature that can't be disabled, you can, however, adjust Picture Clarity. Within Picture Clarity Settings, you can select Picture Clarity (formerly Auto Motion Plus) to change the setting to Off, Auto, or Custom. This TV was the most expensive TV we have ever purchased and we could not be more disappointed. From the moment we purchased it has not worked correctly. The sound will periodically get out of sync completely, an issue which we called Samsung about and they were unwilling to correct. Due to this we have to stop and restart the TV in the middle of shows and movies often, which is very frustrating and annoying. Last month the display had about 1/3 of the screen turn dark, fortunately after doing a reset on the TV this had been resolved, but it is sure to happen again. I will never buy another Samsung TV again after this experience. We bought another TV around the same timeframe from a company that is amazing!!! All I can say about that is Life is Good! Stay wagon this model and manufacturer at all costs!

Hi there, We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Our TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I purchased this 32 inch QLED to replace an older LED TV. The menu system is difficult and trying to get local channels was very hard. I do not like the new little remote. It is not good. Also the angle view is terrible. When looking at the screen from an angle the color fades in picture all the faces of the people on the screen. I asked for service and the repairman replaced the computer and when that did not work replaced the screen and the cable to the screen. I rehung the TV and it is still a terrible picture if viewed from an angle. Also the screen runs very warm. I have another brand OLED TV and the screen is almost room temperature. I would not buy this model line TV again.

Chap1021, Thank you for your review. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality. I purchased this tv to replace a non-4k I had in my bedroom. I have two other Samsung 4k’s in other rooms and already knew the features and quality to expect. I was not disappointed. I continue to be impressed by the controls and picture quality. Though the screen is only 32”, it is more than sufficient for my needs. The best part is that I was able to get it practically free with my points.

Bought this TV on sale for my bedroom. This is my 5th Samsung tv over the last 20 years or so and have never had a problem with them. This tv has an amazing picture, but after 4 days of use....it quit...no picture, no sound. My options were either to box it up and send it back for a refund (no replacement available) or have a repairman to my house to fix it. I opted for the repair as I didn't really want to go through the hassle of boxing it back up and sending it back. The repairman came in timely manner and had it working again in less than hour. But still, it has shaken my faith in Samsung reliability. I'm hoping that this will be my first and last issue for a long, long time. Oh and as others have mentioned, it would be nice if you could download apps on it but you can't.

I replaced my 5 year old 65 inch Samsung 8000 with a 70” Q 60D (2024 model. My previous Samsung was so good that after researching and comparing, the choice was obvious to stay with Samsung. I was so happy with this TV that I bought another 65 inch Samsung Q 60 D for my bedroom. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Great picture with bonus channels.

Imagine purchasing a 32” 4k Samsung and a 32” 720p Sony and somehow the picture quality (clarity specifically) on the Samsung was so poor that the Sony beat it without question and at much lower resolution! Yes, all of the input/outputs/settings were correct (I used to work in TV sales) so unless the panel itself was bad which I highly doubt as it had none of the normal defects that you’d typically expect to see, I can only guess this issue is with this particular model which I returned. ***Update: After reading multiple reviews of this model, it seems poor/disappointing picture quality is mentioned in about one third of them so my experience is not a one off (which I already knew) and must be a manufacturing issue, processor issue and/or quality control issue.

It took mere hours to regret my purchase. One of the primary reasons I chose this TV was for the promise it would adapt to the content and my viewing habits. It says, "Get a natural, realistic picture and accurate contrast with innovative technology that adapts automatically to match your content." During setup I couldn't find any mention of it. I looked in the User Guide and found "Intelligent Mode" that matches the feature description for this TV. It reads, "In Intelligent Mode, the TV recognizes the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. Optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing..." But when you try to follow the prompts to engage the setting, what you get is "This function may not be supported depending on the region, model, or device settings." Additionally, unless you're sitting dead-center in front of the screen, the image looks awful. I multi-task on my computer same distance back and 10 feet to the right and the TV looks like garbage. I dim down my lights as the evening goes on, and my old 2008 Vizio that just died would adapt and you could see the true picture from practically any angle. If this is a "smart" TV, I'll take the dumb ones any day.

To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings). Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.
