I have had this phone for a few years and I have had nothing but trouble. It does not function very well. the pages flicker back and forward very east, it puts in and changes the setting you have put in all by it's self. at times all my phone numbers disapears then eventualy they come back. It does not hold the srtting you set in the phone very well. In a nut shell, it is not a good phone. I just don't know what other one to buy since this one has given me so much trouble. By the way, this one came with two ISP's on the phone and some non-sense Bixby with not explanitions. I had isp ATT and isp samsung. I use google and i had to download it my self and the three pull among the three. Nothing is easy. The instruction has a million places to go to get information on how to set the phone. It seem every application has a setting informationg screen. Therefore you have to try and try until you luck upon what you are looking for. There was a notice of an udate for the phone and the update turned on every thing that i had turned off. example, i never want my phone tobe on "do not distrub" so all place were turned off, The update turned everyone that was turned off, back on again. poorly designed.
Customers should know that this phone will no longer be supported by Samsung.

As of Feb. 2024 (when Samsung made the announcement), there will no longer be updates pushed by the company. It was one of three they mentioned. This phone runs Exynos and the OS is version 13. I believe it was first released in 2019/2020. Do your homework before buying. Good luck!
