Not the speed or battery. Everything still works amazingly like the fest day I bought it. It has a long battery life. I get a full day to a full day 1/2 depending if I am using the phone heavily or not. The camera is very good, I didn't tweak with any of the settings but just from the standard settings it's very good! I don't take much pictures so this wasn't the selling point for me. Storage and a great processor with the bonus of great screen quality! I got all 3 with this phone. I do highly recommend this phone. I've actually recommended it to a few people already. The phone isn't too big like other phones. It fits my tiny hands great! The only thing I wish we had that was a bit better is new edge lighting modes! That is another reason why I bought the galaxy phone. I will continue to buy Samsung Galaxy phones because I'm my opinion they are the best phone brand out there! I used to have a Moto Z² play and it wasn't a good phone, getting the Galaxy S20 is a HUGE upgrade and I'm very happy I made the switch!

i was using the fast charger that came with my phone. i also have a wireless charger i had previously owned with my previous samsung phone. the fast charger stopped charging. i can't get any response to charging with the wall fast charger any more. the wireless charger i have appears to be charging the phone.

so i figured since the s20 was costing about 50 bucks more than the s10 (sales), i figured i'd upgrade since my old s10 took a tumble and shattered the screen. i had read reviews so i understood that the verizon version was watered down to make room for their 5g (which ill never use but it was cheaper than an unlocked version). my old s7 worked better. pages constantly freezing, slow. and to top it off, there's no measuring heartrate, stress, and o2 on the phone!!!!!! the one main reason i kept getting samsung was for the health measurements. that is absolutely a deal breaker for me. on top of everything else. i regret getting this phone and i've only been using it a few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] to determine whether or not the sm-981v has a slot for external memory via a micro sd card you must scroll down to the bottom of the specs on the landing page for this model, then, click on "all specs" to find the external memory capacity. i'll save you the trip. verizon phone do not have external memory capability. if i had known that when i upgraded to the verizon phone, i would have chosen another phone. 128 gb with the high resolution camera is insufficient! don't trust the users guide! it illustrates an sd card capability, but the illustration does not apply to verizon phones.

This phone has no slot for SD card. It appears all the other carriers may but for some reason the Verizon phone does not have the option or support! Why is this not listed? All advertisements lead you to believe your Galaxy S20 will have SD capabilities like always. The ability to add memory is the MAIN reason we go with Galaxy over IPhone. I am so irritated and disappointed in this phone.

No Micro SD Support

Would have gotten 5 stars if it had micro sd support. Everything I'd heard about the S20 class said they all had it. Even the specs on this site say the slot is a combo sim/ sd slot but where it specs the memory it says its not supported. Wish I'd seen that contradiction before buying. I'm pretty bummed. I like the brand and have used the products for over 5 years but I would not recommend any phone without micro sd support. The S20 was almost perfect.... almost.

Even though specs say that this phone has a microsd slot, it does not. You only have about 100 gb of available memory. Not much memory for this phone with the camera. Guess this was removed for Verizon mm wave. Will be returning the phone.
