Refurbished: Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 256GB S711U Unlocked Smartphone - Seller Refurbished

This phone has an extremely hard time connecting to the t mobile network. When trying to troubleshoot, t -mobile blames samsung, samsung blames t - mobile. I've worked with T-Mobile to refresh the network, clear the cache, go from a physical sim to the esim and I've worked with Samsung to bring it to there. Third party repair group, for them to tell me there's nothing wrong with the phone. In the meantime, for the last year and a half, I've been dealing with dropped calls, calls not connecting, my voice dropping while, I'm still connected and people telling me they can't hear me, voice text interpretation that is ridiculous, not to mention me giving up hours and hours of my time either on the phone with Samsung or standing in a t mobile store, all resulting in me stuck with this phone with samsung, not willing to simply exchange it. The current status is Samsung. Expects me to go back to the third party provider, have them confirm that it's broken and then send it to Samsung so they can look at it and confirm that it's broken, all the while I'm without a device, which they admitted could take potentially two weeks. In this day and age, who can be without a device for that amount of time? Samsung needs to step up. And simply send me a new device and allow me to send this one back after I receive the new one. I told the clerk on the phone. I am happy to pay for the device and have them credit me back when they receive mine. She would not do that. A major problem is that these frontline clerks have no power to really give the customer service that is truly necessary. Whether it's Samsung, T-Mobile, the cable company or anything else, these people are trained to be robots and just repeat a script.

Overall happy with my purchase. Biggest draw back is it is loaded with software that I have no use for and find very annoying but shut it down or remove and things that I do want will not work properly.

Had this for about a year and it has absolutely been quite the experience. Everyone has a different experience, but unless you're EXTREMELY picky, this is a phenomenal device: very rich stereo speakers with great bass, INCREDIBLE cameras, and the night mode is insane just how well it can capture a visible picture given just a little bit of light. Put it in pro mode and use a long shutter time and get really amazing photos of the stars. The slow motion is also insanely cool. Software updates are consistent and keep the phone running securely and effectively. The app good lock is AMAZING for fully customizing this and many other Samsung devices. Very quick and snappy and never struggles to perform for its given tasks. Very clean design with a night FLAT screen just how we like it! Keep that flat screen up, it is amazing; glad the s24 ultra has a flat screen, and I hope that flat screen trend continues.

Good quality phone, could be a little stronger when it comes to processing power. Camera is also on the weak side for the technology available.

I wanted and upgrade from my great S21 FE and the S23 FE is exactly right. The FE features are just fine for me, making the price point a bit better. Everything works, plenty of space w/256gb, cameras are very good. The slightly larger size is ok, and I actually like this phone being heavier and thicker than the S21 FE. Great phone.

Replacement for S10 - same but better - I wanted a phone similar to my old S10 - something familiar - the S23 is great! I did not have to learn a lot of new "stuff" to use it - info in my old S10 transferred perfectly - S23 is just a bit larger but that works as it is easier for me to see without my glasses. GREAT PHONE!

I've had this phone on consumer cellular for several months now for a year and it's constantly overheating and discharging itself when it overheating cuz I'm about 40% and then all of a sudden the screen starts overheating and then charge drops to 4% and the phone shuts off and yet consumer Cellular won't exchange the phone sounds like it's a problem with it they said it's a problem with your phone

I like this phone a lot. It really doesn't feel much different from the s20 that I had before, but it's much more durable.

Good phone, enough storage space, battery life is great, so far so good happy with the storage and features.
