Hate this phone. I cannot send attachments without using the share feature which half the time just spins. I cannot do Group Text, well I can do them but them when people reply I do not see them....I called support was on the phone a long time and nothing was resolved. I would gladly trade back down.

I despise AI bloatware, but, otherwise I like the S25 Ultra 1TB I bought. There is no way to delete the AI bloatware garbage that I see. Unfortuntately, just like Samnsung, Apple forces AI garbage down our throats with no way to delete it either. As far as the S25 Ultra I bought, itself, I llike the phone and am glad I now have a lot of hard drive space to download almost any app I want to download and save almost anything I want to save on it. If you want to buy this phone or nearly any other phone Samsung (and Apple, too, for that matter), just know there is no way to delete the AI garbage if you despise AI like I do.

The battery life is horrible. For the price of the unit I would have expected more by year 2025! Considering other options moving forward. Thats a lot for me to say since I've a loyal customer for 15 years plus. By the time I get home around 3:30PM 30 to 40% battery with moderate use, I will not make it through the entire day.

Cameras play games when you try to take macro shots. Pictures in general aren't any better than what I remember my iPhone 11 taking, letalone any of its galaxy predecessors. The S-Pen broke INSIDE my phone when dropped, with no damage to the phone itself, $50 replacement. The S-pen no longer functions as a remote shutter for the camera, if I had known that, I would've picked a different phone to upgrade to.

Great camera and fast startup. AI works quickly and accurately. One UI 8 has some really great customization features especially paired with the Good Lock app. The curved corners are just "ok". I prefer a square phone. I think this will be my last S series if the phone gets anymore rounder.

I absolutely love this phone! From it's build design & quality (thin, light, comfortable to hold), to One UI, to its mountain of customization settings and themes, to the full palette of S Pen features, and its camera system takes great photos & videos. If there was one negative thing it would be the battery life. It is good but not great. Some days I get a full day out of it, other days I have to top it off in the evening.

It's screen size and ease of use are incomparable it wasmy goto device during our recent vacation in Europe. The many editing options make simple looking shots come alive and let me express what I see when taking the picture. The battery life is incredible and it charges quickly. Which is great for streaming movies and YouTube videos. The split-screen functions are essential for multitasking.

The Galaxy AI feature is amazing as I can edit my pictures flawlessly. The camera alone is amazing but having the option to remove any unessary background noise or unwanted things in the picture with an in app edit with Galaxy AI is so cool! I even have sketched images with my stylus pen and Galaxy AI can create cool and fun images.
