Description
The Samsung Galaxy S9 comes with a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display which features a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,960 pixels. It features a waterproof (IP68) and dustproof body. To enhance the security of the device, a fingerprint scanner and an iris scanner are also present. The Samsung Galaxy S9 is armed with a primary camera at the back having 12MP resolution. It supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second and helps to capture high resolution images. An 8MP front camera is present to capture wide angle selfies. The smartphone derives its energy from a 3,000mAh Li-ion battery inclusive of fast charging support. For networking and sharing, the Samsung Galaxy S9 features a wide range of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS and more. Compatible Carriers: All GSM Carriers. A: No, you need an phone with 5G capabilities. The 5G network is still new technology, you have to find a phone that say 5G in the title. If the title is missing the word 5G, it is not likely an 5G phone and will have not have 5G function.

A: Some of the smaller carriers like safelink can be either gsm or cdma base on which simcard you have from. This means they use towers from the big carriers since they don't have their own towers. If you are not sure which source your safelink simcard is from. We do not recommend this unit for you.

I ordered this phone when I went to activate it, it cannot be put on, it is already discontinued now that I am wanting to return it, they do not receive it, it is unfair that they are selling expired things, it was a mistake

Damage, used and dirty
the phone is broken, the ports are dirty and the finger print is also broken. Why send a phone in these conditions? what a shame, this was a gift and the person who received it had to call me to tell me that the phone is used, damaged and dirty. i love target but this is a disappointment

It’s in pretty descent condition the only problem with it was that it wasn’t sealed right from the back part of the phone I had to take it to get that resealed but other than that it works perfectly fine

Came sooner than expected
Samsung has always been a high quality product so ordering an older version isn't very bad since they always have an update available regardless of the model that someone may have. It came 2 days sooner than the ETA given which is another plus, to top it off, was just like new. Very happy with this item.

Not in good condition
I got the phone in time for Christmas… unfortunately when we opened it, we couldn’t believe the company felt it was in a good condition to sell. The back camera screen was cracked. It was obvious that the phone had been open for internal repairs because the back plate didn’t sit flushed with the front screen plate and there was what seems like dried glue coming out to the gap space. When my daughter put it to charge, she said it had a buzzing sound all while being connected. The battery went from fully charged to 10% in 2 hours. Sorry , but we will be returning.

Worked for 5 months - cost $286 + $100 to replace battery
Bought a refurbished phone in January. Replaced the 5 year-old battery in May to address a battery drain issue ($100). Tried multiple charging ports/methods and cords. Will only charge when the phone is turned off. Drains immediately once turned on. Cannot be returned to the store, 5 months after purchase. Last purchase of a refurbished phone.

had to reture 2 phones both did not work.
i will never buy a refurnished phone from 232 incorporated again. i order a Samsung s9 it would not stay on. I had to return for another. Got another Samsung s9 to replace the broken on and THIS one was also not working. I would look else where before i buy refurnished phone from 232 incorporated as they are NOT verifying the phone actually works.

It’s a 4.
The far left side of my screen is unresponsive to natural taps so I need to press down. However, I’m sure it was just a mishap.
Other con: There are many scratches but not noticeable at all while you use it. It’s still so pretty otherwise.
Pros: I really love my phone. The battery life is great and great software performance.
I definitely recommend this seller. Best service compared to every other seller I’ve seen.

Loving my galaxy
Shipping was fast!! Phone is working great, it looked brand new. There were no isses with transferring info, phone was completely unlocked ( metropcs is my carrier). I didn't want to pay a lot of money out of pocket for an upgraded flagship phone, And I didn't want to pay for a phone and a plan all at the same time. I'm spending my time getting used to using my phone and all its features! I'm totally satisfied with this purchase. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great for the cost
The phone has been working great, especially for the cost. It has been working fine even though refurbished. I did, however, have to return the first one I bought because the speaker was blown. But I was able to return it in-store and order a new one.

I wanted to believe this was a great deal for a refurbished phone but I was highly disappointed.The phone did arrive earlier than expected and the price was great,however as soon as I opened the box I was let down. The phone was heavily used looking,the screen had knicks all over it.3 out of 4 corners of the phone had knicks on them like the phone was dropped several times on pavement.I understand this wasn't a new phone however I didn't expect it to look so used.I returned it immediately.
