This has given us so many problems since we bought it! It randomly will not work. We wanted to get the iPad or this. Now not even a year later we are having to buy an iPad

Our situation as of present is dire because we're in our mid 50s and homeless living in a tent. This device keeps us up to date with humanity and in touch with our children. Also we use it for potential employment opportunities. Due to its quality of build we receive our notifications in a timely manner which allows us to respond quickly. I actually depend on it to get me through my day, whether it's for appointments or keeping up with my games and reaching out to my family and friends, I couldn't get through an hour without it. I never leave it behind. It's equally as important as my keys and reading glasses. I truly appreciate how quickly the updates come in and there's never a glitch. It literally defines user-friendly. It's the most precise Samsung product I've used in the last fifteen years. I am also able to set up different combinations of groups of devices as I see fit, depending on AI once again, to manage what info I need for each project in such a timely manner, where a phone or laptop just wouldn't work. It is the best gift I've ever given myself. Gemini is a wonderfully smooth teacher for those i'm familiar with ai and that have not been comfortable with it. The best thing about it is that I have arthritic, wrists and hands and I can carry this anywhere. It's so lightweight and thin, that's super durable, because I've dropped it several times falling asleep and it slipped out of my hands. I guarantee you're gonna love it on all counts. Samsung out did themselves with perfecting every facet of this device, from the software to the hardware to the depth of what it can do. It keeps me stress-free throughout my day. I most use it for games and internet use but can use it as an equal to my samsung phone. And with sync on it flow effortlessly between devices including my samsung tv. Great products!

I've enjoyed the setup process and love the clarity of the display and how vibrant the colors are and how everything looks beautiful and in full definition. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for a great tablet for the money. Great product.

A9tab is very durable and is quick and battery last a lot longer than my previous model however I have a lot time in the heat with my work and I have noticed that because of the metal back on this model it has gotten over heated and actually shuts off . Streams well does not want to update however.
