Q: How am I supposed to charge this tablet.it only came with a c type cable on both ends. I cannot charge it
A: It needs a usb c to usb c usb power plug.

Please note that this tablet comes exclusively with a Type C charger, which is completely normal. To charge your device using a wired connection, follow these steps: 1. Connect the USB cable to the USB power adapter. 2. Plug the cable into the tablet’s multipurpose jack to charge the battery. Same goes for SmartWatches with cellular or LTE - only sold at carrier branded stores. Masters Best buy and one or two carriers maybe the exception but IDK if that's still the case.

A: Yes, you can. But this is not a function of the tablet itself. You can create a playlist on any device that has a web browser.
