SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip4 Clear Cover with Ring, Protective Phone Case with Finger Loop, Handheld Design, US Version, Transparent

My ring detached from the case causing my phone to drop, which resulted in a busted screen. After this experience I'm now rethinking my loyalty to Samsung. I could go on about the worst phone in Samsungs history however, this review is about the poorly construction of the case that's supposed to protect your phone! DO NOT BUY THIS CASE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I bought this case about 3 months ago. Although I love the concept of the case and functionality of the ring, it already broke! Now that I am seeing the other reviews I realize this is a common problem with the case. What I like: Case provides protection without too much bulk. What I dislike: Case did pop off after I dropped the phone. It protected from initial fall, buy the phone did bounce and get small scratches after popping out of case. Also hate the poor durability of ring (detached on one side).

If I were to give this a zero star I would. This is already my 4th case and not even two months into using it the metal thing popped off and the plastic holding the ring broke. This is not acceptable, for the cost of it. Since I have bought this phone when it was released in August of 2022 and these cases should not be breaking within 2-3 months.

the case is cute and simple but like other reviews have stated, the ring didn't last very long sadly. one half of it broke and it would get stuck when i would fold my phone then later on the other half broke off as well. the rubber part for the volume keys of the case broke off too. for the price of the item, i don't think the case is worth it. buying a new case or a new insert isn't cheap either, i wish samsung would have higher quality items for the prices they have. :((

The case is great by itself, which is good because after the ring tab tears, that's how you'll be using it. Purchased in mid-December, tab tore before February 1st. Just like my z flip 3 ring tab did on the last go-around. Samsung, do better - improve the material or stop selling this product with a known defect - sheesh!

i ordered the galaxy z flip4 clear cover with ring and less than 2 months the ring broke. i was aware that the ring was fragile and i was very careful yet the ring broke regardless. i feel that samsung should replace the case as it was apparently defective. i tried connecting with an "expert" which lead me nowhere besides link that did not address my problem.

i bought this cover in october and in 2 months the ring insert broke. now i have to buy a new case because with out the insert the ring feature doesn't work

The ring on my case broke off the clear insert after two months. Seems like a major design flaw.

This product works amazing for about 2 weeks, love the Ring design and how useful its been when used to stabilize my phone in my hand.... and then the ring suddenly snaps off the plastic which makes this product somewhat useless. I now have a dangling piece of plastic that's not useful for anything really. Does Samsung offer warranty replacements because clearly this is a manufacture's defect if all users report the same issue. It hasn't even been a full 3 weeks of using this case and its already broken. No good.

The case lasted just over 3 months for me before the ring disconnected from one of the plastic insets. The thicker plastic cover still works fine, but it is very risky to relay on the key ring part. There is not a good way to repair it either since it is right at the edge of the piece where is fits around a notch.

The ring piece that hold the ring is poorly designed and breaks. I like having a clear case but it's too bad it's not durable enough.

I bought this case because I wanted protection while still being able to see the beautiful butter cream color of my bespoke edition Flip4. Unfortunately the ring broke off after less than 2 months of use. This feels like a design flaw as one of the 3 other reviews includes a photo that exactly matches my problem. My guess is the thin piece of plastic that holds the ring on was not made to withstand the various angles fingers will be inserted in the ring.

i've had the phone for almost a month and i loved the case and the ring. unfortunately one day it just snapped and the phone almost fell to the ground. you can see the photos where its broken

no idea what the other person said about not having power cut out. it has it for power and volume. i don't usually leave reviews but that was just dishonest :( so i wanted to correct. i was only looking to see if there were other ring colors as mine with the white for half price. i like the case a lot, and the ring more useful than i thought i would, i wasn't sure i'd use it at all but i really found i like it. it's worth noting it is a fingerprint magnet but then all clear cases are so i expected that going in as i've had clear cases for other phones before, just depends on what you want. for me i got a bespoke green/blue so i wanted to see the colors so worth it to me.

i love this case with the atrached ring, however, there are no cutouts for the 2 buttons on the left side of the case which make it so i can't power the phone on and off. very odd!! this can't be right!
