It just ends up being so slow. Then the art function stopped working and after reaching out to support they were unable to help. So now we just use the TV as a regular TV but as an art TV it's become useless

Bought in October 2024 and have been through warranty process for three times already. Logic unit always loses connection to Internet with invalid Mac Address issue and that the remote also stops responding when it happens. Overall this is the most unreliable TV i have ever bought in my life.

My main issue is that when "turn off" my directv, the TV turns off completely and does not go into art mode (like my units from 2 years prior). Then whenever I go to turn on the tv, it often takes multiple attempts. It's strange, but in further research, this is a common compliant. But as far is picture and sound, the TV does a good job and no complaints there.

I subscribe to the art service and change the art weekly. I like the built in streaming services and Samsung TV's network of channels. I did have to hire an electrician and a handyman to mount and wire a box into the wall to achieve the completely flat mount, so be sure to include that into your budget. Several people who have seen it in my office have purchased one for their home or office.

Also enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) under External Device Manager. • For Optical, be sure the external audio device is on before connecting, and set Sound Output = Optical. • For Bluetooth, try unpairing and reconnecting: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List • For Wi-Fi speakers, use: Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup and make sure both devices are on the same network. If I was able to use this TV without the data harvesting it would be the best thing I've ever bought.
