A Bar Flexipan from Sasa DeMarle is a beautiful and helpful addition to any bakery. Create Thick decadent bars of chocolate or smooth creamy blocks of caramel. Measuring 5.68" x 5.68" with a 1.75" depth and 22.66 oz. volume it makes plentiful servings. A candy shop could benefit from a Sasa DeMarle Bar Flexipan because it creates traditional candy shapes. With a temperature variance from -40°F to +500°F it is capable of making many different desserts. While we think this shape is best applicable for chocolates, caramels and mousses it can be used to make gelatin, ice-cream, cakes or frozen yogurt. This Flexipan works well in ventilated or deck electric ovens, bake times and temperatures differ from oven to oven. Constructed out of flexible glass fabric and silicone this baking mold is easy to clean. Simply soak in hot soapy water, use a non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Its non-stick qualities makes clean up easy and quick! The Bar Flexipan from Sasa DeMarle is a fantastic tool for bakers and pastry chefs.

love this Chocolate Bar mold~ for making gigantic pieces of chocolate with thick fillings! Worked out perfectly for what I was making!! Gigantic Chocolate Biscotti bars and gigantic Chocolate Kanefah Pistachio Bars~ worked great!!
