A Bar Flexipan from Sasa DeMarle is a beautiful and helpful addition to any bakery. Create Thick decadent bars of chocolate or smooth creamy blocks of caramel. Measuring 5.68" x 5.68" with a 1.75" depth and 22.66 oz. volume it makes plentiful servings. A candy shop could benefit from a Sasa DeMarle Bar Flexipan because it creates traditional candy shapes. With a temperature variance from -40°F to +500°F it is capable of making many different desserts. While we think this shape is best applicable for chocolates, caramels and mousses it can be used to make gelatin, ice-cream, cakes or frozen yogurt. This Flexipan works well in ventilated or deck electric ovens, bake times and temperatures differ from oven to oven.
