I have long but fine hair. These are absolutely not for "all hair." Unfortunately, you can't try one until you cut it out so there is no returning. Because of the triangle shape (vs regular claws creating a tighter oval when closed) you better have lots of hair to fill it up or the hair will just slip out.

These clips are small but they are able to hold my hair up and it is long, at least half way down my back. I have thick hair and it is hard to find the right fit clip that isn't too tight, too loose, or too big that I am not constantly readjusting. Love these clips and glad to get them on good deals when they are on special.

Love these for my shoulder length thickish hair. After cutting my hair several inches, I needed slightly smaller clips, and these work great. The plastic seems of good quality, and I love the color. These will be too small for longer that is thick.
