We swiitched from a knob to lever for easier access - especially when your hands are full. Only drawback - strike plate screws should be longer (or have an optional longer set included) because the supplied ones are too short for security- we used the ones we already had instead.

It was super easy to install and It looks great on my front door. Now I'm looking to replace my deadbolt to match and probably go with a smart lock.
