Had a little bit of trouble installing because the threads in one of the screws holes was obstructed. Had to take the knob off and force the screw through the obstructed thread, then worked fine.

I think I did it in about 20 minutes (which included times to run out to the garage and get yet-another tools). I think the instructions should probably have explained the differences between parts and installation process for rectangular plates vs round latch, but in any case I didn't need a lot of instructions to do this job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Schlage my whole adult life and have been very happy with all of the door handles I have used in the past. My recent purchase today, I replaced 2 door knobs. One Exterior keyed entry and it was perfect. However the bathroom door handle I had to install was missing 3 screws. The product was fine but I only received 1 of the 4 screws needed to complete the installation. I had to use the existing screws which are old and discolored. I know using old screws is an option but with a company as reputable as Schlage, I would hope all necessary hardware would be included. Just frustrating more than anything else. This will not deter me from purchasing Schlage again but hopefully this gets to quality control. Thank you for reading.
