Q: Does this bike come assembled
A: To provide a more succinct answer: No, but it's doable. It comes in a (well-padded) box and you have to assemble the parts. The MAJORITY of the pieces, especially complicated ones, are already assembled in "groups"; you just need to actually put them together. Out of a difficulty of 5, I'd give it a 2; as long as you know basic techniques and follow the instructions, it's not hard (but it took me, an experienced bike mechanic, about 2 hours working slowly while watching a movie).

Final adjustments will also have to be made. Your owner's manual comes with step by step directions to help you put it together.

Q: How do you measure for this bike? I'm 5'4 (inside inseam is about 25.5 inches). Online it says I should be on a 15-17 in bike. How do I figure out the measurements for a 3 wheeler to buy online?
A: These are all a bit on the "larger" size if you ask me, but the frame geometry is set up for an upright ride - that means that the sizing of the bike is much less critical than on a "fitted" road/mtb bike. There are no frame sizes, but owning both the 24" and 26" I'd say the 24" counts as a "S-M-Med/Large" and the 26" counts as a "Large-ExtraLarge". But again ... since this is a comfort cruiser, this fits a VERY broad range. For a 5'4", get the 24".

Q: I want to buy the Schwinn Meridian 24" Cruiser Tricycle, which has only 1 speed. I am 5' and have two artificial knees so I need to know at 1 speed, is it easy enough to peddle?
A: Hi mobillo46! We would recommend a 7-speed as it offers more options for pedal resistance. Our 1-speed models are typically set at the medium resistance level.
