It’s very easy and simple to adjust the straps. I love the fact that there is a visor on it. So it helps keep the sun out of their eyes when they are riding their bike as well

It has good padding on the inside, and it is very durable. This protects the back of your head with its sleek design. My daughter liked the helmet, but the straps were very confusing to tighten up, so it was a bit loose on her.
