Schwinn Ranger 24" Adult Mountain Bike

this bike is really cool with 21 gears the only bad thing is that breaks the are hard to adjust but I would rate it 4.5 stars if possible

After the first ride it didn’t work right the chain is loose and the gears don’t shift.

Overall its an Average bike With high price. Not worth for the price!!

Nice bike, seems like good quality so far. Nowhere near the color blue as advertised. A dark blue almost black.

Bike is high quality, strong brakes, beautiful paint job, shifts nicely. Lives up to the Schwinn quality name. Great for a first geared bike for a youth!

Very nice bike easy to use

This bicycle is the perfect size for me, I'm 5'2", and it is the exact perfect size that is in between a child's size and an adult size. I have another 24" bicycle that is a little taller & less perfect, but this Ranger is really the best bicycle I've ever had & I love it so much. Thank you, Schwinn, for this treasure!! I bought 2 of them & will buy a 3rd. They're so awesome & great for us short people :)

It didn’t last long, and I’m positive it was put together correctly. Very disappointed.

Light weight, easy to adjust seat height and plenty speed options

The color is beautiful. Perfect size for my 11 year old. Nice wide tires for the dirt road we live on. Great price.

The instructions for this bike are just generic instructions for all Schwinn mountain bikes, and it leaves a lot of steps out. It also doesn’t include instructions for the type of handlebars this bike has. The handlebars weren’t turning the front wheel right out of the box, but I couldn’t find any troubleshooting anywhere to fix it. This bike isn’t even on the Schwinn website. I returned it and went with a different bike which was a breeze to put together, and I know that I’ll be able to tune it up and repair it easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schwinn Ranger Mountain bike is awesome. My son absolutely loves his new bike. He is 10 years old and it's the perfect size for him. It has nice wide tires. It looks great. It is amazing quality.The bike was very easy to assemble. It shifts smoothly and brakes on a dime. It rides great, and my son is ready to hit the trails with it. I would recommend this bike,your child will love it and you'll appreciate the easy assembly and great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my son’s first mountain bike, and he loves it. It was a little difficult to assemble. At first we had difficulty with properly tightening up the chain, so that it would not come back off. Once we were able to get the chain tightened up, the bike preformed well. The bike has large tires, and the brakes work well, and the frame seems well built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had troubles putting it together but my husband but it together with ease. The second picture is the wires for the brakes the black piece that was on it fell off of it and the wires cut my husband a few times but I'm going to hot glue it so it doesn't stab us anymore. All in all it is a really good bike the gears shift smoothly and my daughter loves it. Very good quality love this brand.

With the lightweight aluminum frame this made it easy for her to pick up and carry around outside. she loves how that there speed shifter. she still currently learning and reading up on that and how to adjust and works. And with the 2.4 inch tires it is very easy and manageable to ride on rocks and hills and unbelievably snow because we have snow here and with the linear pull brakes made it easy for her to stop immediately.  this is definitely a bike that I will recommend for your kids that loves riding on rocks dirt heels, etc. this is a great bike.
