I bought this to use the vent mount. It’s impossible to get the default dash mount off without break it because it appears to be adhered to the unit and is impossible to remove.

Not only was removing the ball socket off to switch to the vent clip very difficult, but no phone will stay on the magnet despite the usage of different phone cases. It isn’t very safe to drive with because my phone keeps on falling off the magnet continuously.

Seemed to be okay but it’s now a 60. 00 waste of money. Cannot figure out how to remove the dash mount to put the vent clip on. Seems like this is a huge issue for others too. Additionally the protective plastic won’t come off since the dash clip is in the way. If anyone has a trick - would love to know. What a piece of junk

It was difficult to swap the clip to the vent clip, then when we got it installed it would not hold the phone for very long without it falling off the magnet.

The back will not come off to switch it from dashboard mount to vent mount. I have tried several times and it won’t budge.

I’ve been trying for 10 minutes (following instructions) to switch to the vent mount. The adhesive mount option WILL NOT remove from the back of the charging unit.

I wanted to like this Magsafe charger, but due to the compatibility issues with the Pixel 9, it would not sustain consistent charge. Price is more than other offerings, but build and quality is better as well.

I found that I needed to use a MagSafe case for my phone to hold it onto the charger. This wasn’t convenient since I don’t always use one. It does hold well with the case and it charges well and quite quickly.

I can’t remove the stupid sticker attachment. My fingernails are all broken and even a screw driver couldn’t get it off. Why would you make it so difficult to switch attachments?! The sticker falls off if you bump it even a little. $60 down the drain

The magnet works fantastically and is super convenient for using with directions or even watching movies as a passenger. The charging works effectively and quickly and I haven’t had any problems with it disconnecting like I have with other accessories in the past, I also appreciate that they include a small wire routing mount along with replacement adhesive for the mount. Overall I would highly recommend this mount and would gladly get more for the other vehicles our family has.

I much prefer to use the vent clip so I was a little disappointed. It seems super durable though! It doesn’t shake or seem like it will fall off so overall I’m happy. It charges and holds my phone in place so it at least does what it says it’ll do!
