DIRECTIONS FOR USE: HOW TO USE: 1. Remove toilet tank cover. 2. Tear open pouch. NOTE: Only use one tablet at a time. 3. Flush. Wait until water level is low and bottom valve is closed. 4. Use pouch to drop tablet into corner of tank away from bottom valve opening or toilet mechanism (see package). 5. IMPORTANT: Wait 10 minutes before flushing. When color disappears, it’s time for a new Drop-Ins tablet.

Needs better packaging
I've used this product for years, and while I am very pleased with the product, I am not as pleased with the quality of the packaging. The box the drop ins come in is very flimsy and comes open too easily (I was at the check- out at a store and when the clerk picked up the box to scan it, it came open and the drop ins fell out everywhere). This happens to me at home quite often. Please try to upgrade the packaging if possible

Dont waste your money
Wanted to give a try and these definitely do not work! I cleaned the toilet before using and ended up taking them out after a week because the blue water was overwhelming and I was afraid it would stain…and after the blue color finally cleared up, the bowl was disgustingly dirty! Don’t get, not worth your money!

Help with hard water
I'm glad these tablets don't have bleach. I would never knowingly allow my cats to drink from the toilet bowl, (and I keep it closed to prevent that), but I'm also glad this wouldn't be as dangerous to them as bleach would. My city has very hard water, and these tablets help keep that water from damaging the tank and toilet parts as much as it might otherwise. It also keeps the water from leaving as many stains on the inside of the bowl as it would without these. I recommend them.

These tablets are horrible. First of all, they stain your toilet bowl blue. Secondly, when you're doing your business, the blue chemicals splash you, which is disgusting and I can't imagine very good for skin.

Short-Lived
These last maybe 5 days in our house. I got them with the hope of helping to keep our tank clean. So far we're on tablet #2 and they both lasted about 5 days. There's still a lot of hard water stains in the toilet that it hasn't touched. There's 4 of us in the house, and 10 flushes a day is nonsense for more than a 2 person household, providing those two people aren't home for part of the day. If you have a family, I think you're stuck cleaning the toilet the old-fashioned way. Also, there's a blue scum in our tank now and I don't know what to do about it. No, I will not be phoning you for follow-up.
