Q: Are there cooking instructions available for the air fryer for the potato and herb crusted cod?

A: Hello! While air fryer cooking instructions are currently not provided on pack for the Potato Crusted Cod, here are some guidelines provided by our Food Scientist team: Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 155°F minimum. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline. Reference Air Fryer instruction manual. CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food. NOTE: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 155°F minimum.

I fixed it in the oven but next time I'm using the air fryer, to crisp the coating up just a bit. Good taste. I added lemon juice but might try malt vinegar next time. I added some oven roasted veggies and had a tasty, quick and fairly low sodium dinner. I might try it over ceasar salad next time.

At the end of the day, its frozen.
I wasn't expecting much but I really liked this. It definitely needs some kind of dipping sauce. Tartar, or if you don't have that...I mixed Caesar dressing with hot sauce and it was honestly amazing. Weird, I know. But it was surprisingly delicious.
