I usually use the regular Sensodyne. But this one made the inside of my mouth peel--had white stringy stuff coming off off of the inside of my lips and cheeks with an hour of brushing my teeth. This has happened with other brands but not Sensodyne. It also messed up my taste buds for a good 4 hours!

This made my gums very sensitive. My gums hurt when brushing my teeth with a soft bristle brush. It felt like my gums were burned.
Try Pink Stain Protector Version

I have some gum recession which is why my Dentist recommended Sensodyne. I’ve tried a few different Sensodyne toothpastes, but this one in particular made my teeth sensitive and caused tooth pain around the gums. The pink “Stain Protector” version of Clinical White did not cause the same pain, so I stopped using this blue one and switched to the pink one. I hope it is making a difference in terms of whiteness after I got my teeth professionally whitened, because my actual favorite Sensodyne for gum recession is the one for both Gums and Whitening.

My favorite toothpaste! I used to get sensitivity on my front teeth when eating something too cold or hot. I don’t have cavities or anything but for some reason I just could not handle biting into something cold or hot. I started using this and after a few weeks I noticed my tooth sensitivity was going away. I’ve been using this for years now and I can bite straight into an ice cream or popsicle with no problems. Hot drinks also no longer bother me. Also, the mint flavor is perfect, not overpowering or anything. Try it!

Didn’t work well. Did t notice anything different. I really dislike this toothpaste. Doesn’t clean as well as sensory original. Makes my teeth feel more sensitive.

I love using this toothpaste. I currently am using Invisalign which makes my teeth extremely sensitive; this toothpaste helps with sensitivity while whitening my teeth. Doesn’t have a nasty taste to it either

Sensodyne toothpaste is a necessity for me to calm the sensitivity my teeth have. Most Sensodyne toothpastes work great for me. Except the Clinical White Formula. I can't use Sodium Laurel Sulphate. That ingredient causes irritation to my gums and inside my mouth. Also, it leaves behind a Slimy, Gross, Thick residue in my mouth. I can pull and stretch it out of my mouth like hot mozzarella cheese! I'm glad everyone else can use this toothpaste and get great results. I didn't read the inactive ingredient list before purchase. All my experiences with Sensodyne have not had SLS as an ingredient. Oh well, I've learned my lesson.

Doesn't work as well as regular Sensodyne Gentle Whitening - either for sensitivity protection or for whitening. It's just more expensive and not as good a product.
This should improve my smile

This product is being touted as a tooth whitener. It sounds just like what I need! I have not tried it yet (I have a bit more toothpaste to use up first) but I have had great results with the Sensodyne family of products.
